Our room was incredibly comfortable with plenty of space, a fab view and a small sitting room as well. Our 4 poster bed was large and comfortable. I think we were the only guests but that was fine by us.
Location is great. It is nearer the top of the town, but still only a 5 minute walk to the centre. There is free parking a 5-10 minute walk away (at the top of the town) or you can park in a small multistorey car park literally next door for €16.50 for 24 hours
It was completely outside the control of the hotel, but a barking dog outside our window woke us at 4.30am and kept barking all morning. I suspect it woke most of Cuenca. This affected an otherwise great stay as we were very tired the next morning.

. Atmospheric. Beautiful furniture in a wonderful setting..it beliese its auster exterior. The views awesome.this is a charming place to stay.Visited tne cuenca paradore.we honestly preferred this
There is a couple of things. Loose handrail in the shower come bath. Broken shower head wall braket. These are important safety matters.and a simple fix We are, obeit fit, OAPs In Cuenca hiking round this beautiful part of Spain.please sort this BUT this place is a treasure

I did not understand when I booked that the hotel does not have full-time reception. I indicated that we MIGHT arrive at about 4pm but that I would send a message when we left Toledo, 2 hours away. When I notified the hotel that we were leaving Toledo at 1pm and would like to check-in at 3pm, that was not possible because I had already “committed” to 4pm. So, if your plans are fluid or your travel style is spontaneous, I would not recommend this hotel. Additionally, although they gave us a network name and a password, there was no internet connection. But the room was comfortable and the location was good (very near a parking garage).

close to the museums and old town
seemed overpriced for what it was

Perfect location with amazing views. We visited at a quiet time of year and hence the hotel offered no catering..breakfast, bar etc. However, there were lots of others close by. Would certainly recommend. The views from our room were to die for, and all the interesting places were within a short walk.
Leaving beautiful place well worth a visit

I loved the location, the balcony, the staff! The room was beautiful and it had a huge bed and a big bathroom. I totally recommend it!
We booked last minute so it was a bit expensive

Super central location, walkable distance to all interesting sites, right in the middle of the old center.
The view on the mountain is very nice. The room was newly refurnished with brand new bathroom.
The room was smaller than expected, there is no option for breakfast at all (only a few coffee machines in the very very small reception). Noise isolation is not great, so you could hear people getting in and out of their room inyour sleep.

The hotel was in a great location and our room had a lovely view over the terrace at the back of the building and beyond that, a ravine with cliffs. The hotel has some relaxing common areas to hide out in when the weather gets bad. We stayed mid-week at a quiet time of year so there was little noise from other guests. We speak no Spanish and the elderly lady who looked after us had no English but she was very patient & helpful.
Breakfast was not available, but we understood when we booked that during slow times of the year it is not offered.
