Not satisfied with cleanliness and comfort

Location is good, the place is quiet.

Shower towels were not clean with obvious traces of previous use. The stuff lady did not apologize for it and was in general very rude and not welcoming. Bed sheets were also not clean with dust and hair obviously present.

The room is clean and well equipped for the price. Location is good, price in low season is good.

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel room & good AC. Very quiet and peaceful hotel.

Location was a bit remote. According to Booking.com the room would've included a balcony. There wasn't a balcony with the room even though I apparently booked that kind of a room. It didn't bother me, but the point is that the description is misleading. Usually when checking in the password to Wifi is also given, or if not, there is the password at the room. No password was given to me.

Very positive experience. And excellent value for money.

Super location at the edge of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. Spotlessly clean room. Friendly reception. They also have a fantastic Restaurant Paloma just around the corner. They do super buffet.

Good internet connection in our room. Spacious terraces, quiet atmosphere.

A balcony was 10cm wide. Pictures were misleading, showing a different room to the one we were given.

A great place to stay, clean, comfortable and well located.

Good value for money. Good accommodation, clean and comfortable.

We were not given the Wifi code on arrival (that should have been given when we got the key, or available in the rooms). For the 3rd night, we were not given enough towels for the next morning. Breakfast starting at 08:30, was too late for us, as we were out and about by 08:00. I would use this hotel again, but those tiny (above) niggles, need to to be sorted out.
