Alt i alt et godt ophold. Men maden er ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Virkelig dårligt

Alt i alt et godt hotel. Men alt hvad hjertet begære. Badelandet er godt og ungerne elsker det. Et godt hotel hvis man har børn.

Maden!! Maden var ikke særlig godt. Smagt ikke godt og ikke særlig stor variation. Meget friture mad. Kagernes kedelige. Smager af det samme om du tager den ene eller den anden Personalet virker ikke særlig glad for at være der. Virker som de er tvunget til at arbejde der. Poolen er meget lille til alle de mennesker som er der i højsæsonen. Men kan ikke være der pga mange mennesker

Ужасное отношение менеджера и персонала, низкое качество еды и очень маленький выбор! Отель соответствует максимум 2 звёздам! Пляж не обустроен, ужасный заход в море ( одни камни и острые скальные камни прямо на берегу)!!! Не правильное, ужасное кондиционирование в номере!!! Нет трансфера до моря- долго идти по жаре!!! Интернет работает ужасно, на некоторые устройства ( включая ноутбуки) не подключается!!! Ребята, перечислять минусы можно бесконечно ( учитывая моё личное отношение)!!! После посещения данного отеля возвращаться в него не вижу даже в страшном сне! Если вдруг кому-то данная информация показалась правдивой - знайте - Ваше мнение имеет значение))) До скорых встреч в отеле БЛЮЮЮЮЮ ( отрыжка ) wave hotel!!!🤮🤮🤮

Worth to visit for aqua park

The gem of the hotel is aquapark - it is really amazing for kinds of all age ) even adults have fun there ) Everything is new and clean in it. Otherwise - just regular hotel with acceptable food, hotel beach is in 10 min walking distance, which is quite tricky under the sun with kids.

All inclusive works only from 14 to 17 at the beach and you only can have coffee, ice-cream and guzleme, all other food and drinks are not free. After 17 and before 14 - only paid stuff (rather expensive)

Nice hotel, everything is you need was near hotel

very small choice all inclusive bar, food for adults was okay, but for children wasn't that to choose, some of the days was totally nothing for children:( it was hard communicate with stuff because not many can understand english language. And you can't event rent towels when you going to swimming pool.

The hotel consists of different buildings. I stayed in the main, new one. The room was very spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff did a great job! As well as the animators entertaining the crowd with various shows and dances every night. (Don't forget earplugs if you go to bed early). The kids club was also great: many activities and games, and very friendly staff! The food in the restaurant was very delicious: many vegetables, olives, cheeses and various meats. I think everyone could find something which they like!

- The way to the beach was difficult if you had little children. The pavements were under construction, so we had to walk on the bicycle path where cyclists and electric scooters went full speed. - Sometimes a pack of stray dogs were running on the beach. - I wish there could be a bigger choice of fruits in the hotel's restaurant. In the supermarket next door, apricots, plums, cherries could be found at low prices. - The mattress was hard, not comfy.

The resort was good and clean

The food wasn't so rich....a lot of salads but not so much meat...plus no cocktails just vodka,gin,wine and fizzy drinks from the tap machine....i'm dissapointed about the drinks...

Overall experience was ok. Food could have been better. Animators should be more creative.

Absolutely tasteless food!!! Poor variety of food in general and especially poor choice of fruits. Very poor breakfast with no egg station. Are you really 4 star hotel??? Staff at the bar was mocking tourist who were at least twice of their age for the fact they were drinking spirits. Seriously? It was so disgusting. Staff must be given a proper training!!! We stayed at the end of October and expected pool water to be heated, but it was freezing cold.

It was ok!

We had a pleasant stay! The room was clean and the stuff was polite.

The food wasn't that great! There was no proper meat and the chicken was tasteless. It is a place for family and children, definitely not for a couple.

The bedroom didn't have a aircon The bedsheets and towels only get changed every 3days

I liked the most very friendly staff. They were all the time ready to help you if needed and they were talking to you realy nice. They paid attention to the children and often they were talking with them. Food was good.

The numbers for pool chairs was not enough. Each morning I had to wake up at 6 o'clock to reserve a char or two.

Beach is like 500m from hotel and its not pleasant to walk to it or from it on 40°c.

The building was new. The beach was close enough.

The staff was rude, regarding we didn't speak Russian, we have been ignored during our stay, and nobody gave information about the Hotel. For example, we found out only on the last day, that the cleaning is every third day only. The staff was expecting the tips. Once the housekeeper asked my 16 years old daughter, if I left some money for her. On one of the excursion we bought a CD with the videos and pictures, they left it on the reception. The reception lost it. I had to go after to receive it one more time. The Hotel refused to keep it for me again, so I had to go to meet the staff from the excursion and take it from them, to make sure it won't be lost. Excuse me? We were 8 of us, I booked 3 rooms. They had only 2 rooms for us, and insisted, they doesn't have one more, and I'm stupid, I booked only 2. When I showed my reservations, they had a 20 minutes meeting, before we received the keys. They never apologized, and made me feel guilty.
