Room was good, Gym was good, breakfast was good. The bar was average.
During check-in, I was not told that I had access to the Premium Lounge on the top floor. I would have used that on all evenings of my stay, instead I went to the bar, which was average.

The staff were obliging, considerate and committed to their job
No notice of building work is on the website? It was impossible to sit at the pool side and work, especially be on calls. Constant Banging Friday, Saturday and Sunday, when I booked another hotel. And moved on.
Only one lift worked during my stay, the other two were out of action and at times the wait was frustrating, at meal times and checking out.
On Monday morning I went to the washroom on the restaurant level , where all three cubicles had no toilet paper, I therefore went to the lobby where both cubicles had no toilet paper and the disabled toilet was faulty?
It is the first time I have swim in the pool and not been able to see where I was going. I did not see any pool cleaning during my visit but I would suggest the murky water is cleaned regularly.

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. However, the only issues is when you are paying extra for the view, like i paid extra for the pool view room, the view should be as it has to be. In my case, the pool was empty and all i could see was labour working in it.
washroom did not have proper doors for privacy.

Pool and greenery
Bad room with bad view despite asking the concierge to give us a good view room. There were empty rooms but they didn’t show us ones with good views probably coz we booked via booking.com. Saw the executive showing us rooms winking at housekeeper to lie and say room is occupied while that room was not taken. The ones they showed lagged in interior finishing.
Also Windows leading to view were dirty!
Spa was shut so couldn’t use that

Location- near the airport and near the major malls in Vasant kunj. It is beautifully made
Staff behaviour & hospitality. We came to Delhi for a short 2 day trip. On the first day we stayed in Taj palace and the second day since we had some work in Vasant Kunj, we opted for this hotel. However, our experience was poles apart! The staff here needs to take some workshop in hospitality. While booking i didn’t realise that our breakfast was not included, so when we got there the staff told us the same. We agreed to pay at the checkout but 15 mins later a person came knocking to our room that we need to pay then and there! We told them we are in hurry and packing and we are going to pay at checkout, but no avail. The hotel management things people will run away without paying for breakfast! Incredibly stupid and annoying. Things like this differentiate one passable hotel from a good hotel!

I loved the way their staff greeted us with a smile every time they saw us. They were helpful and very accommodating to our needs. I personally loved their breakfast spread. It was just enough in terms of the variety and their egg love counter was really good.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay!!!
I would have preferred a better view off my window. But, cant complain much as I took their basic room.
It was really spacious and their bathroom was huge. It was very much a good deal for the price.

the property is old and very rundown. the key cards stop working all the time, the drains were clogged, the faucets dont work well, the beds make noise, and they would not put fresh towels everyday. they need to renovate the rooms for sure

They hav charged 3500 plus taxes for the early check in ....guest has arrived at 11.00.11.30 AM ....what was that ....very embrassing.

Well Located, Close to the airport.
Room was OK. There were issues with the Bathroom
1.) No Hand towel. What 5 Star today does not provide a hand towel. I had to use a bath towel.
2.) Water taps at the wash basin leaked all over the sink.
3.) Head shower in the bath area not serviced probably ever. Water was shooting in all directions.

Staff is not punctual in attending customers at receiption & call , dining service is bad , bathroom accessories are in bad condition as they ate old .
