Great Price and Location

The resort had 3 pool areas which was very good, getting a bit dated but they are upgrading and the area is clean and tidy. Gardens are lovely and they are tidying up all the time. Breakfast was good, maybe a bit more variety is needed, but there was a variety of fruit and fruit juices. May be some more ceiling fans or pedestal fans needed. Our room was large and had a good size bathroom and shower. We were upstairs and had a good size verandah. Hotel is in the Main Street, so close to Bars, Restaurants and walking distance to beach and boardwalk.

Un transit d'une nuit mais l'hotel était t rès agréable.

Le personnel est très agréable. Il s'agit d'un hôtel assez grand avec des bâtiments d'un étage. Il y a 3 piscines et un excellent buffet à volonté pour le petit déjeuner. L'hotel est à quelques minutes de la plage et sur une route principal de Sanur avec pleins de magasins.

On aurait aimé gardé notre chambre jusqu'a 15h car nous avions notre vol ensuite pour rentrer en France mais cela n'a pas été possible.

Would definitely stay again if I return to Sanur.

The choice of pool. The location. The staff. Good choice for breakfast.

There wasn't a lot I didn't like to be honest. Everything was as expected.

Perfekt mellanstopp på ett par dagar. Frukosten var så bra och personalen perfekt

Läget var bra, fina omgivningar, vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var suverän

Sängarna var väldigt hårda i vårt rum.

Upgrade to large room near pool...pools superb...staff SO welcoming...location.

We had a small room near pool...bathroom full of black mould...could not breathe...a Health Hazard for sure..Upgraded to a good room.

Great location, good breakfast. 3 pools to choose from one with a swim up bar… bonus was a craft beer bar just down the driveway 🍻

Outstanding value for money and brilliant staff.

We loved the location, easy walking distance to everything. Nice and quiet, so if you’re looking for the party resort this isn’t for you. Older demographic which suited us (60s) Rooms basic but we were happy with that as price was amazing.

No change available at lobby bar when using cash.

How beautiful and traditional it looked. There were 3 lovely pools to swim in too

sometimes if you left the plug open in the bathtub some centipedes would crawl out

メイン通りに面しているにもかかわらず、施設内はとても静かで過ごしやすい。3つのプールと木々の多い庭はいつもキレイに清掃されており快適。

朝食がもっと種類が多く美味しかったら良い。シャワーの勢いがかなり弱かった。

Krásný, čistý a klidný resort uprostřed rušné části.

Krásný a klidný resort se 3 vyhřívanými bazény. Snídaně formou švédských stolů (nejsem náročná, takže mě to stačilo, ale uvítala bych zde větší nabídku a hlavně chyběla dobrá káva!!). Pokoje prostorné. Velmi milý personál. V okolí mnoho nákupních možností a restaurací. Možnost zůstat i po check outu a využít “rest room” na převlečení.

K moři to je dále, než se uvádí a přes velmi rušnou silnici. V koupelně možnost sprchy pouze ve velmi úzké vaně, což je nepraktické. Nedostatek zásuvek.

One of my best hotel experiences. Fantastic value.

Clean spacious room, good A/C and shower, comfy bed, attractive gardens and outlook, well maintained overall. Adequate WiFi. Quiet at night, no disturbances so great sleep. Excellent breakfast included. Very close to restaurants and shops, 5 minutes stroll to beach.. Fantastic value.

Loved the gardens. Friendliness of the staff. Location was great. Wonderful restaurants very close by. Walkway to the beach right across the road. Bed really comfy

A week in Sanur

The housekeeping staff were excellent the room was comfortable the TV was good after it was retuned

When I arrived I was shown a room with the shower in a bath I cannot climb into a bath when I stated this a guy came around to the room and said I had to pay extra to have a room I have had before. I refused to pay anything more eventually I got the room without any extra cost . I have stayed there many times in the past and will now have to think before I book again also the cost is going up I am 77 years old and have had a broken hip which is why I can't climb into a bath also when I walked into reception I was using a stick which should have made it obvious I could not climb into a bath
