Komfort alles ok, tolle Chefs und Mitarbeiter, sehr familär und herzlich geführt !

Tolle Mitarbeiter und Chefs! Man hat alles beim Frühstück was man braucht Die Lage des Hotels ist Top: nicht weit zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und auch alles andere Fußläufig erreichbar. und ja, die Zimmer sind jetzt nicht super neu modern, aber wichtig war für mich z.B. auch das Bett : ich habe sehr gut geschlafen, auch deshalb, weil die Betten keine durchgelegten Matrazen hatten. Auch der Fernseher und Fernbedienung funktionierten einwandfrei . Kufstein ist eine quirlige Stadt. Nicht alle Zimmer können daher in Ruhiger Lage sein. Vorher fragen, wenn man es sehr ruhig haben möchte, damit man ein passendes Zimmer dafür bekommt. Und absolut erwähnenswert: Die mit im Hotel integrierten Restaurationen wie Pizzeria und Restaurant haben tolle Speisen die auch wirklich lecker sind. Da ich nur Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht hatte, brauchte ich ja noch Lokations, wg. des Essens für den restlichen tag. Ich bin aber nur die ganzen Tage dort Essen gegangen. Schöne Auswahl und wie gesagt: echt lecker und auch gutes Preis -Leistungs Verhältnis !!!

Im Sommer wäre es klasse ne Klimaanlage im Zimmer zu haben und einen kleinen Kühlschrank, damit man Getränke kühlen kann. Jedenfalls was mein Zimmer betrifft. Und was ich jetzt schreibe, ist eigentlich mehr ein Vorschlag: Das Bad ist groß genug, aber evtl. würde ne schöne große Dusche besser sein, als eine Badewanne, auch weil man dann etwas mehr Platz hätte, um z.B.weitere Sachen im Bad ablegen zu können.

Zentrale Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Tolle Rezeption - Upgrade bekommen

Frühstück relativ einfach gehalten. Aber ausreichend. Leider sehr früh.

Good location, room clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.

It exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

On some days, it was extremely hot and I couldn't get the air conditioning to work properly.

Good for hikers looking for a bed, shower and beer.

The location was perfect, suited my needs just fine. Breakfast was ok.

Creaking floors, no sound isolation, no cooling option. Likely could do a bit better at this price.

Was happy to find free parking 15 meters from the hotel entrance - I got lucky and it was a weekend which means free parking there anyway. The second receptionist went out of her way to give the second, wrongly charged amount back asap.

First and foremost that I was charged the full amount upfront by Booking.com and at the reception I was told I still had to be charged the same amount already paid at the hotel... I took me several explanations and quite some time to get my money back. Besides this, the clogged sink, no soap, smell of smoke in a non-smoking room, very badly looking bathroom, only one key for a room with four guests. Lastly, there's a city card available at the hotel for free which allows e.g. free access to the forth - a great value. On arrival the receptionist didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted it. The next morning though another receptionist did.

Great option for a a one night stay on the way from Germany to the Alps

Having booked this as transit hotel on our way from Munich to the Alps, coming by car, we were a bit worried about availability of parking, but were in luck. Hotel has a few parking spots right by the entrance, and the hotel employee was super nice in showing us a spot. We also liked that they called us worried where we were (running late in traffic). The check-in was easy. Unusually large standard room. Excellent breakfast. We also liked the city center location. In the morning we enjoyed shopping the town shops and visited the castle. Discovered a nice town which we would have otherwise not known about.

The decor is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us on our short stay.

Amazing staff, delicious breakfast, great location and exceptional benefits

The staff were absolutely incredible. Laura went out of her way to help us find the correct busses and taxis to Soll, the manager of the restaurant was so attentive and kind, always with a smile on his face and asking how our breakfast was. The breakfast was ample and so delicious, a huge variety. The rooms were turned down nicely and the location of the hotel is perfect. We even got Kufstein passes from the hotel which gave us free public transport to Soll and free entrance into sight seeing in the areas. Getting to the ski slopes in Soll was very easy, with the bus stop around the corner. Cant recommend it enough!

Superb

Excellent location in city center. Room was very specious and clean. Reception person was very kind. Great value for money. Rather cheap comparing to other hotels in Kufstein, but still very comfortable & clean.

Breakfast was a bit simple and several missing things at around 09h00 While breakfast was until 09h30.

Central location, literally 100m walk to Kufstein Fortress and heaps of excellent t food and shops around

Great location, comfortable rooms and really friendly staff

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable rooms. Can only recommend the location. Amazing view from the windows as well.

I was also working from my room and had issues finding enough electric plugs. This issue, however, is an ignorable one.

Close to the venue for the gigs I went to, and friends so staying there.

Got upgraded, that about sums it up.

Perhaps the only grumble would be that tthe restaurant didn't do lunch or evening meals.
