Great holiday definitely return !

The location was perfect as I have mobility issues. The staff were very friendly 👍🏾 the price was reasonable.

Enjoyed it very much.

Staff so friendly. Breakfast was great.

I couldn’t use the roof pool as I couldn’t get in or out safely. The ground pool was cold on some days.

Although staff and location were good felt rooms and facilities could do with an upgrade

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent. The rooms were clean.

Had to change rooms as original ones had several faults. Breakfast area was in full sun or rain if you could not get an undercover table. Breakfast was average

Basically the setting.

There's no point in a hotel in this day and age operating in a place like Bali with Wi-Fi next to useless,it was so bad I refrained from taking the liberty of having another night there,I moved on to another hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, had a very comfortable stay

Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff who are available 24 hours. Two pools with swim up bar on property.

I would stay again.

The roof top adult only pool was the highlight! Although more steps into the pool would be appreciated by older guests. Breakfast was good. Being down in the back cottages was quiet and very comfortable.

Just the slippery tiles in front reception, especially after rain. The sun on them in the morning also is very glary!

Well worth considering

A great stay, most enjoyable. The staff are wonderful and the facilities are perfect. The only downside is that the sports bar out the front can get noisy.

Never back to this hotel.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. Infact I think thosr pictures must be of a different hotel. We were put in a really old room where the decoration must have been done over 20 years ago. The bed creaked very loud every time you moved, the room had very bad lighting. It reminded me of the rooms i paid $5 for back 23 years ago when i was backpacking.

Location is pretty decent, close to all and most importantly, to the beach.

Ohhh where do I start.... Pictures on the ad are totally deceiving. The room that was given to us is totally bogus, it's garden view cottage which is super duper outdated and dirty. Sheets were super dirty and smelly. Bathroom is also dirty and pretty much the whole room. I wouldn't book this place ever again. Pictures I took will sure explain it all.

The location is great, close to beach shops etc The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

The room was a little bit dirty, and bedsheets were stinks. I couldn't sleep for the first night but then told the staff early morning, and they changed it straight away.

Best value stay we had the whole trip!

Rooftop pool was incredible! Best way to spend the afternoon, price was excellent and breakfast was delish!

Some things were a little rundown and the pillow was worse than a towel stuffed in a pillowcase ... But for the price it's well worth it!
