Lo que más me gustó fue la excelentes ubicacion. El Sr que me atendió fue muy amable yy atento. Me mandó a otroa apartamentos a una calle cercana . Mi gran sorpresa fue abrir el gran balcón, asomarme y ver el mar a dos pasos. Estoy muy agradecida.con el anfitrión por el trato recibido. Muchas Gracias .

Aparttementti oli erittäin moderni ja valoisa. Hyvä keittiövälineistö. Tilava kylpyhuone. Hiljainen huoneisto!

Aluksi meillä oli pelkkä huome ja se oli vanhanaikainen ja ahdas. Onneksi saimme vaihdettua huoneen isompaan huoneistoon. Parkkipaikkat ovat vähissä ja parkkitalot meilkein samoissa hinnoissa kuin Suomessa.

Absolutamente desastroso

Todo un desastre. Sucio, viejo, descuidado, pequeño, miente en la descripción. No son apartamentos, son habitaciones pequeñas y cutres. Me dejaron una toalla de baño y una de lavabo para 10 noches. Dice que hacen la limpieza y no apareció nadie en 11 días de estancia. Te cobran más de lo que dice a la hora de reservar por la tasa municipal. El chaval que me recibió para el checking, un auténtico maleducado, borde y desagradable. Cuando hice la reserva, decía en ma descripción que era un apartamento con zona de cocina, todos los utensilios necesarios, terraza, etc. Absolutamente todo mentira. No vayáis. Es una vergüenza.

SCAM

Disgusting - scamming me with charges! Example they put sand in shower so it overflowed then charged me for cleaning. They would stop your card key from working and then charge you for a new one. Room noisy and cold. And creepily they open the door without knocking and watch you sleep!!!!

Sitges is my second home town... I love it!

Location was is the city center, not far from the beach.

The room was very small. Luckely the weather was outstanding. This is a room just to sleep, wash up and get out.

Muy decepcionante

Lo unico bueno es la ubicación del apartamento. Está situado en el casco antiguo de la ciudad.

Te cobran 51€ por la limpieza del apartamento, y es totalmente inexistente. El suelo muy sucio (sin barrer ni fregar), polvo de hace meses, la mesa del comedor con grasa,... Al llegar nos dan una habitación en la segunda planta, y el ascensor no funcionaba. En la habitación no hay cafetera, ni muchos de los articulos que se anuncian. Para resumir: No me gustó nada. Y cuando me quejé al responsable sobre las carencias, sin querer atenderme, simplemente me contestó: te devuelvo y dinero y te vas a dormir a otro lado. Además al llegar te cobran en efectivo y no te dan ningún tipo de factura, ni justificante de pago. Te dice: dejame un mail y ya te la enviaremos el último dia. Aun la estoy esperando. Ah! Las fotos de lo que reservas no corresponden con lo que te encuentras.

they are not responsible please find another property

there was not any wifi. Before I moved there I asked them for the invoice, and they said when you would arrive they would provide me one, but they have not responded to me even after 20 emails and calls. the quality of beds was so bed. it does not worse the Money.

we enjoyed the Apartment, clean and good location.and reasonable priced.

brilliant location, clean and comfortable. easy access to seafront restaurants and bars. easy access to train station for ~Barcelona.

late access to property was complicated by flight being late. Communication was not the best. Pre booked Taxi transfer was a no show, despite him having flight info and notification of late takeoff. On telephoning him direct denied he was booked at all! cost us 80 euros for another taxi. we were left out on the street for almost an hour waiting to get in. we did not get into the apartment til 3am.

The apartments does not answer neither messages nor calls. I did not get the receipt for this accomodation so I was not able to get my reimbursement for this trip from my company (more than 500 euros, that is quite much!) No support from booking, no communication with Appartments. Never book it!

hell ! on earth

it’s awful ! not safe plugs hanging of no staff we was locked out for 17 hrs overnight! the man that runs it is absolutely abusive and aggressive does not like you to use air conditioning so he takes the remote away we flew home 3 days early was that bad !

it’s the pits and dangerous do not stay here

Nice Apartment they could brush up on the customer service

the location was great for the beach and nightlife. it was quite modern with some good facilities

The Wi-Fi didn’t ever work. it would connect briefly to my devices then drop off. Communication with the property was very poor. there is no building number or sign indicating the location of the accommodation so I had to ask local shop owners if it was the right place. It would have been easier if the instruction in the booking said ring the contact when you arrive and they will come and meet you. In my case there was an issue with my payment so I had to go to the main office (a hallway) about 500yds away. The reception guy had my number and could have contacted me prior to me arriving to let me know. it’s not far but when you have been travelling all day and you are in 30 degrees heat it’s not the best scenario. The man that met me at approximately 16:00 was very nice but was clearly heavily under the influence of alcohol and slurring his words whilst processing my card payments.

The WORST stay at a 'hotel' I have ever had.

The location of the the first room was great but then I was moved twenty minutes outside of the town.

Everything was a total disaster and my holiday was ruined. I called and text the Whatsapp number when I arrived to check in and no response. I eventually found another location which is not pictured in the photos and collected the room key. The elevator does not work and there were 50+ steps to the room i was given on the top floor. From the moment I walked in it was evident there was no air-con working. The room was reading 33 degrees so I called and text the number but no response. I then lay on the bed and fell asleep was awoken by the man who let himself into my room to look at the air-con and he told me it would re-adjust. I spent TWO DAYS in this room at 33 degrees before I eventually had to contact booking.com for assistance to be moved which took another day. They eventually responded by email (despite reading my messages on whatsapp) at 16:45 to tell me to be at a location at 16:00 to collect the key to my new upgraded room. I was then informed the new room was 10 minutes walk away when in fact it was actually 20 minutes and well outside the town centre where I had booked. When I got there the air-con was yet again not working and no way of contacting them again. I spent a further two days without air-con before a maintenance man came and fixed it. To top everything off, I checked my bank and noticed that they had taken the payment from my card despite me having already paid through booking.com. I asked fro a refund asap as I was leaving the next day and they said it was not possible until 16:00 but I was due to leave at 12:00. I eventually tracked them down and the man could not work the card machine and could not refund the money back onto my card. After 45 minutes and demanding that I leave my card details written down for him (which I was not going to do) he appeared with the money in CASH - madness! This entire trip was totally ruined by this accomodation and it was certainly not what I had booked online. NEVER BOOK HERE!

impossible to contact the owner. doesn’t answer for hours, had to communicate through booking.,com. doesn’t speak English. I would never guessed from outside that there’s some property. the only sign is super small paper on the door. the room was not the one I’ve booked, lower level for that amount of money - terrible. waiting for the refund. zero facilities (had to buy even wc paper!!), no promised terrace. kitchen stuff doesn’t work. towels and dishes dirty. maybe even bedbugs, lots of bite marks on kids skin. super old bed sheets.

City centre room with no view....

Location & comfortable bed

Broken toilet seat. Arriving at one address to then be told to wait a short while for a man (who was very nice) to arrive in a bicycle and ask me to follow him on foot to another address. The size of the room, next time I will stay a little further out and get a lot more space for my money.

Good location

Staff were unresponsive, uncooperative and unhelpful. The window in my room didn’t close. I had no soap or towels for three days. Couldn’t leave my bags at the hotel after check out. They offer airport transport online, but not in reality. Wouldn’t recommend - stay elsewhere!

Location central. Clean on arrival. Good Pillows, firm but comfortable mattresses. Blackout shutter blinds.

Booked the delux room with sea views, they gave us a studio apartment with no views. When I text to complain there was no response. The aircon was poor and intermittent possibly on a timer so had no control and too hot. No shower gel in dispenser. There are further fees if you call them in an emergency (for example somthing breaks or you loose your room key). It's opposite a bar.

Very disappointed.

Close to beach. No bedbugs or cockroaches.

AC didn’t work. Room was 29C at night. Buggy wifi. Security box didn’t work. No bag drop. Stained towels. Random WhatsApp number confirming payment and requesting documentation. Asked why I got two twin beds instead of the double I payed for, they responded it was too make me more comfortable. Staff otherwise ignores all communication. No English despite it being listed as a language. No clarity on where to find rooftop or pool from pictures. All this contributed to not feeling secure enough to leave my stuff there when outside the room.

Horrible experience

Location is excellent. Understanding that we were two persons and the booking was done for only one.

The description of the hotel states that all apartments have kitchen. And that's not correct. In the facilities it states that there's a washing machine, and there was none. I chose this hotel for the kitchen. If I would have know it has no kitchen I wouldn't have booked. When I claimed about this to the hotel, they said literally "Never talk to me again about this, talk with Booking.com". Horrible customer service. Please read other negative reviews.
