Un hotel muy bonito, agradable, acogedor. Merece un 10!

Todo, las vistas, el personal muy atento todos, la ubicación aunque no está a orillas del lago es un paseo de 15 min. llegar a la playa y al sector más turístico. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, las piscinas cómodas, es un hotel muy bonito con todas las comodidades para descansar, con lindas vistas, bien decorado, acogedores áreas comunes y jardines, desayuno agradable, un agrado la estadía. Volvería.

Quizás el restaurante para cenar resulta un poco caro considerando la calidad gastronómica, más pagas por el servicio que es muy bueno, que por la comida.

Stunning Hotel

Breathtaking views with exceptional service.

The location, staff, facilities and room were all fantastic. The view from the pool and restaurant to the mountain and lake was amazing. The service at all times was exceptional.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay with welcoming and friendly staff

As my husband has limited movement due to disability, this property was wonderful for us, we had to leave another hotel that required him to use stairs. A wonderful relaxing and accessible environment

Exceptional, will be returning.

This property is wonderful. I previously stayed here 4 years ago and specifically booked it again due to the pleasurable stay I had previously. It did not disappoint. The staff, the cleanliness, the rooms, the VIEW and the facilities are all exceptional.

The only negative is that they couldn’t accommodate a later check out.

Limone sul Garda is the best city on the lake. This hotel was very nice and has a good breakfast and restaurant.

The property is well located with free parking, comfortable, clean and the staff is super.

The only stairs to our room went outside of the property and thus we had to use the elevator all the time which was fine. The only minor issue was on Monday of our stay there was a band which was loud but it stopped by 11 pm.

Beautiful view from the room and a five star staff

We loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious with so adorable view at the beautiful houses at the hills. Not too many rooms at the hotel so you never felt like it was crowded. The staff at the hotel is one of a kind. The breakfast was really good and the view from the breakfast terrace was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the Spa and the hot tubs - clean and relaxing. Next time in Limone we will book this hotel again.

Amazing stay! hope we will return one day!

Great facilities. We made full use of the facilities including the gym, pool, hot tub and wellness centre. Breakfast spread was great, staff at breakfast were amazing. We went to the bar both nights and there was entertainment available such as singers and we really enjoyed our stay here.

would be good if outdoor pool could be heated.

Hotel is okay, but not a 5 star hotel

Staff was pretty friendly and courteous! Gym was well equipped and the outdoor pool was also good.

The hotel is not like a 5 star hotel. The breakfast wasn’t a good quality. I found black hairs between the dried fruits. Our room smelled bad and was noisy. The furnishing is oldschool.

Beautiful clean hotel - finally a real 5 star hotel

I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels but this one was very special. it is very calm and clean. there is an overall sense of well-being at this hotel. very close to tourist locations but not too close. the staff were outstanding. a special thanks to Shaban at the restaurant who was very friendly and helpful.

It is for older people specially those who go for treatments at the spa. I was travelling with my 20 year old daughter who loved the cleanliness and style of the hotel but found it to be for old people:

reception staff spoiled all the impression

staff at the breakfast were great

check out time is 11:00 and when we asked for late check out we were told it we are late more than 11:30 we have to pay 80€. Althought hotel was almost empty. For me personally it is so not client oriented. never coming back to this hotel

Awesome location, service. bizarre breakfast service.

lovey amenities, location and friendly staff

the way they conduct breakfast is quite bizarre. while every other aspect of the stay was good, I would never book another stay nor would I recommend it due to the breakfast bar method where you have to describe everything you need on your plate in detail to a nervous, rushed, overworked server. breakfast is simple. just serve it like all other hotels. i should not need to describe how.
