Es war sehr toll. Frühstück grosse Auswahl. Zimmer groß und sauber. Personal sehr nett. Lage top. 10 Minuten in den Ort zu Fuß. Ausstattung mit Biotop Pool perfekt.
Dusche überflutet wegen Undichtheit das Badezimmers. Wurde aber sofort repariert

The location and views were really nice.
Wifi wasn’t always the best but serviceable.

Everything! Great value, perfect location, lovely house, fresh breakfast and lovely personal service.

As far as Austrian hotels go this one is very good. It’s located just a 5 min walk outside of the town centre. Car parking is private and there’s plenty of it.
The rooms are large and very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable with quality bedding. There is a safe but no kettle, fridge or air conditioning! There are 3 floors but it has a lift and if you get a room with a balcony (I think most have) you are almost guaranteed a beautiful view.
Breakfast was good quality continental with the addition of boiled eggs. Although a toaster would have been nice.
The only negative about the hotel was the poor attitude of the lady (the owners wife) on reception. Everything appeared to be a problem. Ask for an additional pillow and expect a frown then a “tut” a “sigh” and then to be abruptly told she will sort it later. I think she would benefit from a short course on customer courtesy.
The rest of the staff all appeared to be very friendly.

We had a perfect stay. Great rooms with nice balcony, fantastic view and the staff is super friendly! The decoration is very tastefull and the hotel is super clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good quality! The garden is the best part: lots of space to relax and enjoy the views. Breakfast outside was nice! And above all: dog friendly
The only thing I missed was a shoehorn in the room 🙃

The hotel was very good value for money - very comfortable bed, with a lovely balcony and an amazing view of the mountains and gondola. The owner (I don’t remember his name) was very friendly and accommodating. I would have been very happy to stay here for longer than I did.
It was fairly basic (not to be unexpected given the low cost) and small, as well as quite a distance away from any of the snowbombing venues. However, not too far from Penkenbahn Lifts which is good if you were to stay here outside the festival.

The view from iur room was just breathtaking owner of the hotel is very kind and welcoming and extremely helpful.
No issues at all.

Location is great near to the lifts -easily within walking distance even with skis. Near to bars and restaurants but in a quiet area.Very clean and breakfast is very nice.
Not very friendly. We were there for 2 days before we really saw anyone. It has a bar but rarely staffed -if the lady of the house is in charge it feels like you are doing her a favour by being there. She walks about with her AirPods in -just in case you mistook her for being interested. We had to pay for an extra night -cash only which was unexpected. As we were leaving at 4.30am we were not allowed to use the front door, no drinks or breakfast offered despite having paid for breakfast for 4 guests, we had to leave through the boot room which has a lift down -very difficult to find lights and a flight of stairs to the car park. Everything at the hosts convenience and not the guests. A complete contrast to our previous stay just up the road a few weeks earlier.

Nice hotel with bright and really clean rooms. Comfy bed. Heating works perfectly fine. Good breakfast from high quality local products. Really close to Penkenbahn. No fridge in room, but we cooled our wine on the balcony) Overall, it was a great stay, highly recommend!

The hotel is in a perfect location, just 250m from the cable car. The staff was friendly. Not too many options for breakfast, but just enough. The room was very nice with a beautiful view.
The bed could have been more comfortable, it was sinking in the middle.

Good variety of runs for all ski abilities, some wide pistes some in trees etc

The Location was perfect, breakfast was ok but didn’t have had a selection of hot food as an option as well. The person who worked the breakfast was very nice and friendly though!
The room was good, very clean and the hotel added an extra bed for us! There was still loads of space after the bed was put in! However, it was missing a few little things like a kettle or an iron!
Front desk agent (Alfred) was extremely rude on several occasions for no reason. He failed to mention multiple things such as no boards allowed on the balconies in the room and where the storage room was! He then got very angry with us when we brought the board upstairs! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to how we were treated. Very poor customer service overall!

Hotel is located in town centre and in walking distance from nearest ski lifts. There is a large car parking lot behind the hotel.
Breakfast was poor and all the time the same - nothing different or better even for weekend. Also, only possibility to get anything warm was to boil an egg.

The views were beautiful and the porch was extensive! The building was also very nicely renovated and didn't feel outdated. The soundproofing was also appreciated when we had a loud snoring neighbor - we hardly heard him!
The staff were accommodating with requests. Special shoutout to the very friendly British bartender! :)
The internet was very hit and miss, and even when it worked, was not sufficient to stream videos of any length (YouTube, Instagram, etc.). The upload speeds were also terrible, so forget trying to back up vacation photos or uploading anything to social media. We had to use WiFi at many of the restaurants in town to get anything done and it was significantly better everywhere else.
Contrary to other reviews, the bed was extremely firm and made it very difficult to sleep. After the third night, I gave up and tried to sleep on the couch instead because my back was hurting so badly (and I'm only in my early 30's :) ).
Instead of mastering the art of waiting tables and discretely making sure needs are met, the waitress who presides over breakfast openly stares at guests as they eat. I don't think she means any offense, but it is extremely off putting and felt a bit hostile at times.
The breakfast was also a little disappointing because of the Booking.com description of a "very good breakfast". It was actually a fairly standard breakfast that was unfortunately missing the fruit options offered at other hotels on our trip. The only fruit available was some sad looking bruised/wizened apples alongside some clearly canned fruit salad.
Overall, we were quite spoiled during our vacation in Austria by their friendly hospitality as compared to many other European countries. However, this hotel was an exception to the rule. The staff was certainly capable, but a bit cold and it always felt like we were inconveniencing them.
Fair warning, there is an additional tourist tax of 2.20 per person per day that is not included in the online price. This must be paid in cash at the time of departure, so make sure you have enough on hand.
