Good Location
Room I got was different than what I booked. The room was very old and ugly. Was not comfortable at all

Location is great near good restaurants and bars, parks, etc. The area around is safe. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
A little far from the airport but... it is worth due to location.

Bed . Because there are 2 single beds to create one queen bed

Wonderful boutique hotel, service was excellent , location and security is a plus…

The location is perfect and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.
The pictures are a bit misleading, the building looks sort of like an abandoned building, there is no reception. You do the check in a small office which is not very practical. The bed is big and comfortable, but the facilities are quite outdated.

The bed was not comfortable. It was a queen size bed, but they made it by joining two single-size beds, so there was a gap in the middle which was quite uncomfortable.

not much
bed was splitting apart its one of those 2 piece beds put together, toilet was stuck and didn't get fixed for 2 days, the room did not have soundproofing so you could hear everything from the hall

the location
cleaning. found hair in the sofa, bed, restroom.
likewise dirty silverware and dust all over the kitchen

The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. I also felt very safe, as there was always a staff member greeting those who entered the building. The apartment was spacious, the location spectacular-- exceeded expectations in this regard.
The bed was much too firm, bordering uncomfortable. If possible, avoid street-facing apartments, as the walls and windows are thin. Light sleepers will find it difficult to sleep. Overall, the apartment could use an update.

The front door staff was very nice.

The lady who runs it is super nice. Everyone else is too.
The handles on the doors -- you had to close it using the key. The door should have a handle

Location and front desk staff, excellent
Needs a lifting, not as updated as in their pics

Noisy... you could here all noise from the street. The elevator is crazy... needs repair. The building is awkward ... looks like is falling down.

La señora is super nice. It's a great value in a good location, near Parque 93. Spacious comfortable, useful, not 5 star or super stylish, but so what?
I wish that all the doors to the rooms had handles so that you don't have to use the key to pull it shut. Otherwise, no complaints.

the team is very friendly, kind, caring. the welcome was cordial. very easy check-out. the apartment is spacious, bright, the beds are very comfortable. the decoration is a bit old but still pleasant. Parking is good and protective for the car.
the apartment has windows that do not close completely, on the 7th floor. the door handle being non-existent, only the old-school key allows us to open the door .. It was terribly COLD COLD COLD, and of course, in Bogotá, in this cold city for ALWAYS, there is no heating.. nothing. ZERO. NADA. With two children including an 8 month old baby, it was hell. Blankets are not enough. The kitchen is an old kitchen that is not worthy of this apartment, with an old fridge, an old microwave, almost broken, plugged into moving outlets. The hotplates are electric and date from the 70s .. You really don’t want to cook anything on this. 2 showers are present, but one with the shower head broken and the other a shabby head, which is not worthy of a bathroom in the master bedroom . the 708,000 pesos paid for two nights should be used to make this apartment of better quality. But GOD, we are in 2021. It’s time to change! No breakfast, no drinks available, … We will unfortunately not be going back there again. I hope they make a big change because the team is very friendly and deserves to have customers.

It was a great stay for myself and my 12 year old daughter. Whenever we required information or assistance on anything Mr Joan Saenz was there ready to assist. We were very comfortable and felt very safe during the period of demosntrations which took place throughout our stay.
Maybe a vending machine for snacks and water would have been useful.

the water in the shower was a little unreliable
