Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen - ein toller gelungener Urlaub/Hotel/Mitarbeiter
Der Billiardtisch ist glaube ich 100 Jahr alt - den könnte man mal streichen ... schaut schlimm aus

Flawless.
One of the most unique, over-the-top (in the best sense of the word) and magnificent hotels I’ve ever been to.
The staff was great, breakfast was amazing, everything was simply perfect.
Nothing. You have to visit here.

A real 5 stars, amazing hotel Amazon staff and amazing location . One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. To specially mention the breakfast which was simply amazing.
Just to say something you can see some parts of the hotel that need a bit of a renovation , the pool bar needs a refreshment and being so beautiful it should be better illuminated at night.

The private pool close to the beach
The property is looking old and tired, needs a refresh.

The staff are nice . The breakfast was amazing . The place is really nice . The decoration is very Thai , they provided us the ultimate comfort during our stay ., We loved our stay there

-The place is too dark at night .they should install more lights . But it's the jungle experience I guess?

Beautiful property, very large, comfortable & superb room. All the staff helpful & incredibly friendly.
Breakfast a bit ordinary compared to others but plenty of other options nearby.

The room was amazing. so big and well cleaned.
our villa overlooked the gardens of the hotel and the beach front.
the main pool and bar had steps down to the beach with a tap to clean your feet.
location was just out the centre of lamai but only a short walk.
staff were friendly and helpful. reception more than happy to help with cars to get to places.
thai massages can be booked. they were good but be prepared as they use firm hands to get your knots out. but worth it.
breakfast is a bit slow and bitty. you order what u want for the next day and in the morning give your room number and they just bring stuff out as and when it is ready. (the toast is erm just slightly heated bread)

Booked 3 days for our Honeymoon, thank you the staff name Kas, hotel reception guide when we reached, the Villa look fantastic, full of Thai style design, room is big, near to beach, very quiet at night, convenient to restaurant but not the main Lamai road.

Room was as good or better than the photos. Very big room and comfortable. Food was great, staff were very attentive. Mini bar was the cheapest I have seen in years. Breakfast spread was amazing and well presented in room if u choose. Unlike most in room breakfast, u have about 5 main choices which is more than enough, they have usual American breakfast, Thai food, pancakes, waffles, cereals, muesli, smoothies, fresh juices and plenty more. Ordred 10 extra beers for mini bar and it was delivered cold in minutes!!!!! Beer was cheaper than all the bars.romm has a walk in, which has a full size mirror as well.outdoor shower which was nice as well. Decent size pool for maybe 2 people only to cool down. Also its beach front .
Air con was a failure, very poorly designed and on side of room directly hitting down. Sweating all night as the aircon felt more like fan in a massive room. Wasn't fixed 3 days I stayed there, was told waiting for ice to melt?. This was a very big let down. As air con is a must in Thailand. Day bed was soaked from the air con dripping. Solution was to put some towel over it. Location is a bit tacky to get in and out. You will need either own transport or taxi. Given the weather and some climbing to do. Hotel rents out bikes as well if u wish to ride.

we’re so glad we didn’t pay the $$$ for four seasons because this is so much more worth it. the hotel is absolutely beautiful with traditional Thai decors and architecture. there’s a small temple inside and the pools and cabanas are all very nice. we enjoyed our Villa and private pool, food was good and cheap, every staff was super nice. we would definitely come back.

We really appreciated the two ladies at the reception. When we explained why we did not feel comfortable and that we would change to another hotel (stay was originally booked for one week) after the first night, we only had to pay for our actual stay. That was very customer-friendly.
There is no security at the beachside entrance of this bungalow complex (it is not a hotel, although you get breakfast and there is a restaurantl!) and therefore for anybody accessible. The whole area reminded us of the ancient forbidden city in Bejing, where you hardly see or hear people, no laughing the whole day long although we were told that the complex was fully booked in the main season before 31st december. The outside area at the pool is unmaintained, the poolbar area looks run down. When we strolled around the very first evening at around 9 p.m. everything was dark and we did not meet or hear one single person! The hotel restaurant closes at 7 p.m.!! The bungalow could not be properly locked via the outdoor shower area so we did not feel save with our kids who were supposed to sleep alone in the bungalow next door. During daytime, there were workers hanging around our bungalows having their accomodation apparently underneath our bungalows. From time to time, we saw people using the resort as a gangway from the beach towards the street. There was a a spooky and uncomfortable atmosphere for us. We did not allow the children (>10 years) to walk on their own within the resort and on the beach, the whole situation was to unclear to us.
There was garbage next to and underneath the bungalows, we also saw cockroaches. Furniture in the rooms is worn out. The bed is in the middle of the room and you have the 2 entrance doors behind your head when you are sleeping, while one of these doors does not close properly.... There are no phones in the room, if you need anything in the evening our during night you must call a whatsapp mobile number, we were lucky to have a thai simcard. T.V. showed very few Asian channels. Breakfast items have to be chosen one day in advance by filling out formulars for every guest. We changed to another place the very next morning. It is really overprized.

The resort is one of the best we've ever had. The entire area is beautiful designed with a high level of detail. You feel like in a buddhist temple. It's very quiet and you can really relax and enjoy your vacation.
We really liked our private pool, the friendly staff, the amazing breakfast and the great but also affordable cocktails.
The maintenance of the resort could be improved. The gardening is very good, but the condition of some of the facilities isn't at the same level. There are damages and signs of wear. Some of the fitness machines were not working anymore.

The staff was very kind and courteous.
Perfect location and a beautiful beach right to the pool villa. Its a jewel on Koh Samui. Especially the staff is very very nice.

The breakfast was very good - it was cooked to order (the only difficulty was having to decide 1 day in advance what we wanted for breakfast).
The little restaurant for lunch/dinner was great with some nice options!
The staff were all really friendly, helpful, always there if we needed something!
The location was great. It was peaceful, quiet, access to the beach, lovely pool area... but also easy to go into the busier areas of Lamai or just hop on a taxi into the other little places on the island.
The car rental organised by the hotel was great as well, we hired a car for a day which was just perfect!
The team also took Covid measures seriously, everything was always clean and tidy.
Some of the fittings need a little bit of renovation (shower heads, light switches, redo some tiling in the outside areas).
There were some stray dogs visiting the beach who left "presents" behind sometimes - I don't know if there could be a chance to tidy those away?

This place has a huge wow factor. Staying in the sea view pool villa
was such a dream. The entire property was absolutely gorgeous and we
loved how we always felt like there were not 12 million other guests here as well
everything was peaceful and tranquil. Breakfast was definitely one of the best we had in Thailand.
Waffles and pancakes actually tasted like they’re supposed to taste like.
Staff was incredibly attentive and even offered you
mosquito spray at sunset. they let our daughter feed the fish and offered
balls and items to play with around the pool.
Loved how you could WhatsApp the lobby with your questions,
so efficient!
would definitely stay again, we all loved it!
like everywhere else in Thailand, the hard beds seem to kill
your back (but a great massage salon is around the corner)
the property is right at the very end of lamai and in the
evening it’s not really exciting, so you definitely have to walk
for 15 min or so.
also the property is not really suitable for less able people.
our rooms were only accessible by climbing stairs and to get in and out of the property to the main road, you
have to walk 2 steep driveway hills.
after spending a few days here, you do notice the
place is aging and could do with some upkeep here and there.
however, nothing of this stood in the way of feeling completely blown away
and like we were royals on a holiday!

Excellent hotel! We loved everything, the beach was nice and clean, no stones and easy to get into the water. The pools were big and clean, the villa was huge! the highlight of the whole stay was food, the cook at the hote is spectacular! We paid for a 3-meal option and never regretted it. There are so many choices of food and all are super tasty!
We liked everything
