Superb

Great outdoor pools. Bar and bar snacks were excellent. Lots of activities nearby.

Breakfast was marginal. Lack of baked goods and no fresh juices.

Bad hotel in a beautiful location

The beautiful location. The beauty of the access road. The dinner, that was included in the price, was very good.

The bad attitude of the access staff. We had a reservation for 4 in 2 double rooms; when we arrived we asked for an extra room because two of us wanted separate rooms, obviously paying the difference: it was a full mess: access staff had a very bad attitude regarding this (which by the way meant more money for them!). The problem seem to be that our reservation had been made through an agency (Booking). Instead of solving our demand, simply giving us an extra room for an extra cost, they only presented difficulties because we had not asked for this in advance. A very negative attitude towards the passenger. Of course finally we got the extra room, but had to go through a very unnecessary and unpleasant process. The bad quality of the bathroom, and the very small size of the room. Very poor acoustic isolation of the room.

The pool, friendly service and good food and drinks in the bar

Breakfast, .....no juice just sweet nectar, coffee is poor, poor selection of baked goods such as no croissants.

Exceptional

Parking out the front. Ski and snowboard rental in same building. Can ski right to the back door plus they have lockers for gear. Thermal pool was great to relax in after skiing all day. Staff were very friendly. Food was great something different every night.

There wasn't a drying room for your boots so you had to take them to your room and put on the heater.
