the position of the hotel it was in the center . In that maner you can arrive everywhere in the citty walking.

Very good

Centrally located a mere 100 from city centre pedestrian island where shops and cafes are. 10 min walk from the famous Riviera delle Palme in San Benedetto. Owner sig.ra Enrica and staff were very welcoming and provided us with very good service. Overall very good value for the money for a short stay.

Parking is on the street in front of hotel. Rooms are on the small side, but this is typical for Italian city hotels. No elevatot but for our 1 night stay and carryon luggage only was not a big problem.

would definitely stay here again!

it felt so homey and personal, everyone was so lovely. Everything was so clean as well! I also absolutely loved their dog Marley. the location is incredible, couldn’t be more perfect, close to the train station, restaurants and the beach. Top quality for a two star hotel, way better than some three star hotels I’ve been to.

the only things that would’ve made my stay better is a little mini fridge and a “do not disturb” sign as I didn’t need cleaning every day of my stay.

Great breakfast, wonderful host, be aware of some noise

Tasty breakfast, friendly host, & Marley (the dog) were all great

Room 101 - unfortunately you can hear the reception directly below and the street outside quite a lot, in particular Marley barked often and there is a kebab/takeaway shop open til 1am (or 5am on Saturday night) right next door which is noisy. The room did include earplugs though to help mitigate this

Cute b&l in the center

I absolutely loved this place. The staff were amazing and helpful with whatever we needed. They make fresh made pastries and cakes in the morning which are divine. Recommended for sure.

Central

This is a very centrally located hotel, right in the centre of San Benedetto. The staff were most friendly, and the breakfast abundant. I liked my stay a lot, and I would return.

Accommodating hotel in the center

Central location close to many restaurants, shopping, and services. Welcoming and accommodating. We had the quadruple room with a terrace on the 3rd floor, which I recommend. It would be too small for four adults, but for two adults it was excellent. There were three closets and nice shelves for storage. The bathroom was small but well designed and in perfect condition. Breakfast is available until 11:00 so you can sleep in.

Except for a small hard chair, there is no place to sit in the room, say to work comfortably at your computer. On our terrace there were two tables and four chairs so I used my computer just outside our room which worked well. I also used the ground floor breakfast room in the evening for working at my computer.
