the bathroom is so dark at night! the water is running so slow and bathroom need to be updated!

The pool area and restaurant are amazing. The food is excellent. We traveled with babies and the staff were fantastic with them. We liked it so much we came back for a second stay.
3.5
The view and the pool were nice. Comfortable beds and strong air con in the bedroom.
The pictures of the standard seaview room advertised are not accurate at all. In the details it calls out seaview. There is 0 seaview from this room whatsoever, the view is of a bush separating the room from the main road
Noise- because the room is next to a road the noise of the cars/motorbikes is extremely loud. We were woken to beeping at all hours of the night.
Staff- majority of the staff were not friendly. No hello, goodbyes at all. In addition to the issue with our room they were very unhelpful and denied that we should have a seaview.
Shower- I wouldn't call the shower head in a bath a shower. To wash yourself you have to hold the shower head, there is none attached to the wall.
Bathroom- the bathroom is extremely hot there is a skylight on the roof which cooks the room during the day.

It’s a beautiful spot. Both swimming pools are perfect to relax and there is a small gym at the backside pool. The rooms are spacious and one of the most comfortable (and biggest) beds we’ve had in six months of traveling.
The staff was lacking hospitality. It took a lot of effort getting things done and there wasn’t a welcoming feeling. By far the worst so far in Vietnam. The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment as there is not enough warm water to fill the bath and a mediocre water pressure in the shower.

This is a hidden gem in Mui Ne.
The location was very convenient; every amazing restaurant was within 5/6 minutes walking distance from the resort. The picturesque beach and infinity pools.
Room was really big and spacious and the bathtub was big enough to fit me and my husband.
The bed was big compared to the mattress so the corners of the bed were sticking out and my husband and I kept knocking ourselves over on the corner and got hurt a few times. This is nothing major but still worth mention.

really nice pool area to relax and enjoy the sun. the accommodation was good. breakfast was nice as well. the staff was brilliant, very helpful and friendly.
the street is very loud even during the night. make sure you book sea side with “sea view”.

I've had 4-5 short stays at this property before, during, and after the COVID era. Sadly, the quality of staff has diminished after COVID. There are fewer English speaking staff available to help and customer service has diminished especially in the bar/restaurant area. Otherwise everything else is great.

The room is very spacious. The surroundings are nice, quiet, and pleasant in a simple but "boutique" manner. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the pools and beach are exquisite.

Beautiful infinity pool and the room is very spacious, good buffet breakfast!
wifi is not really working but we didn’t really need it so no biggies.
hotel sells tickets to swimming pool to outsiders so it gets really crowded in the weekend when the hotel is already full.

The resort is way better than I expected. Dont believe in those nasty comments, there are only few mosquitos but not inside your room. The seaside pool is always clean, friendly staffs, air con and fridge runs well. Tasty foods in Lotus restaurant. Wonderful trip!

Excellent food and drinks, the pool and beach are well well kept, great spa service
More on-site entertainment would be great or at least kids playground and a pool table will make the afternoon more enjoyable

Nice decoration and spacious room with friendly staffs. From the resort, we could walk a short distance and swimming. The location of bar is very nice, front of beach

very comfortable. food was good and resonably priced. room is well maintained. the back garden is magnificent at night.
staffs were very efficient and attentive. overall an excellent and value for money stay.
bed was a bit squeaky, mattress too bouncy so maybe a mattress topper would help.
3.5
The location is great, right next to the beach. Antique-looking resort, lots of plants...feel green & relaxing
The resort has its own policy which you could not find details on Booking.com, I was charged additional 2% when paying via a credit card which I find it ridiculous these days, charged additional breakfasts for 2 little kids even though i booked 6 rooms. The room has a crazy amount of mosquitoes, especially in dark corners or touching the curtains.
