Superb

The valet parking service makes it easy when you have a car. The pool area is cool, rooms are clean, and the location right at the heart of the city center is perfect!

We had some troubles with the room key card. It was an electronic card, and once in a while, it stopped working, so we had to go down every time to the lobby to restart it.

Not handycap accessible. I have leg problems and I had to go up and down stairs to get to our room. The service in the restaurant was a bit slow

Spacious room with comfortable bed and clean, the location is perfect and the staff is always willing to help the guests.

The room has no A/C and it was very hot (april). The window and door only opened to the balcony which was was a corridor that other guests had to pass to get to their rooms. So it was uncomfortable to leave the window open at night. We will never come back to the hotel (at least not in that room).

great location and amazing staff

It was on the main center of the city, access to various restaurants and activities.

the only thing that we didn't like about our room is that it didn't have A/C, they only provided a fan but it was ok. other than that everything was great.

Best location in Taxco

You cannot ask for a better location as it is in the heart of beautiful Taxco. The main square (cathedral and park) is 20 meters away from the main entrance. The room was spotless clean and the attached restaurant was delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel when visiting this wonderful city.

We didn't want to leave.

The location, room and view were all excellent. The view from our window was beautiful. The hotel itself is located right in the middle of Taxco next to the zocalo (town square). The hotel is very clean and very charming. We loved it there.

Locations is great, the swimming pool is nice, and service was good. The restaurant is also very good.

The size of the room was smaller than expected. I was sick and had to stay in the room almost all day, and there was no flexibility for the cleaning hours of our room. So at the end, our room was not cleaned one day.

Because it is such a wonderful location and because the views from the terraces are so beautiful, I am glad I stayed her

The setting of the hotel is perfect! It is right in the center of town and has so many different areas where you can go out on a terrace and see views of the beautiful city of Taxco and it’s remarkable church! Explore all the staircases that take you up to five or six levels of roofs. There is a wonderful pool with gorgeous views! It is rather noisy due to the streets around the hotel, however.

Our room was very small. The noise from the street was very loud! The bathroom was tiny.

Great hotel, very welcoming- would recommend

Everything was very good. Friendly and helpful staff, charming location in heart of zócalo. The swimming pool feels secluded, yet offers beautiful views. One guest decided to play very loud music at 7 am, and the hotel staff were quick to knock on their door to get them to stop.

Nothing negative to say, except that an option to include breakfast in price would be more comfortable for guests.

My room was next to kitchen, noisy smells. I didn't sleep, I moved to a different hotel..

Service the price for this hotel should be no more than 30 usa dls.

It was a wonderful stay in a magical town.

The location was in the center of Taxco. The hotel is a beautiful Colonial building with exquisite architecture. It is very safe with security at the entrance. Excellent cuisine at there restaurant. Just walking distance to the cathedral and silver shops. The rooms adequate size and very clean.

Great hotel in the heart of Taxco.

The location on the main square was excellent and surprisingly the room was fairly quiet. We got a room on the lower level and in the back, there was no view, the window faced a small alley with only minimal foot trafic. Ear plugs are provided so i guess other rooms are not so quiet. Shower was great. The onsite restaurant maybe had the best food in Taxco. The valet parking fo 100 pesos a day was great. Taxis are 30 - 40 pesos so no need for a car while you're in town. The hotel pool and bar are great, very European feel back there.

fantastic service and very clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and professional. the views were amazing and the pool was so clean and tidy. nice to relax on a day bed in the sun

The room we were in was really small especially the bathroom which made it difficult with 2 people.
