Absolutely lovely apartment! We stayed at the apartment with garden/terrace, the place is spacey, cozy, very nicely equipped (nice stereo, huge TV, washing machine, everything you might need in kitchen, although we did not use any of it ;) ). Air condition worked flawlessly, had enough power to cool down whole flat during very hot August days. Location is also fine and quiet - it was 15 minutes of relaxed walk to beach, 20 minutes to center of old town, parking straight in front of house, shop is 5 minutes away. Goran (the host) was very nice and accommodating, he provided directions and recommendations of restaurants and beaches, etc.. Payment is cash only, which could be considered as the only and small negative.

Everything was great. We enjoyed every moment: loved the garden and all the facilities. The apartment was very clean, located in a quiet area and the owner friendly. We higly recommend Urban Apartments.

Would definitely book again.

Very nice host, very modern and extremely clean appartment. The beach can be reached within 15 minutes walking distance. Private (free) parking directly in front of the appartment.

Mattress was a bit too hard for my taste, but it was okay to sleep in :)

Very nice appartment, in a quiet residential area, free parking direct at the house, the old town/beach is just a short walk away (15) min, we loved it, friendly hosts, and clean. Make sure in Porec you take the coastal walk down south towards the lagunas from the old main harbour, the whole shore is a well kept free natural beach.

The apartment was large. Parking is provided. We had a private garden to the apartment.

The apartment is not quite in the centre, but can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. The television has few channels and only German. I think the price was high.

Perfekt Appartment for a visit in Porec, for walks in the centre or as a basis for trips by car. Restaurants near, appartment on basement with cosy private garden, sunbeds, breakfast in the sun!

Great place to stay in Porec. Really nice, modern apartment. Quite spacious and very very clean. Big balcony to sit and relax after a long day visiting. Modern kitchen equiped with all the things that you might need. Goran, the host, is amazing, allways smiling and helpfull. The old city center is real close, a 10 min walk. You also have a supermarket just around the corner and a nice place to have morning coffee. We used the apartment for a 2 weeks training period so the location was great for us: 10 min walk to the the beach for swiming, 10 min walk to a stadium with running track. Also, you can run or bike in Porec on a 10km long paved path along the seaside, with no cars in sight. Cycling in all Istria is fantastic. One of the best places we've stayed in Croatia so far!
