Good location for local travel. Great parking and very friendly staff. Restaurant was really good with excellent food and beverage selection

Great place to stay. Would visit again and have no hesitation in recommending it to outhers

Wonderful reception despite our arriving towards the end of an evening. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful bar staff. Great food, beer and wine. Enjoyed discovering the history of this interesting building. Liked the way the decoration was in keeping with its industrial heritage.

We will stay here again.

The property was exceptionally clean and all furniture, fittings and facilities were in excellent working order. The internet worked perfectly in all areas. The coffee machine in the room made excellent coffee! All staff members were polite, helpful and attentive. No requests were declined and they even went beyond with unexpected gestures that made us feel so appreciated.

Clean. very close to public transport (only 10 min walking distance to the nearest train station, then only 10 min by train to luzern hb), very good restaurant, overall great value for the price.

late check in- the key could not open the door-I have been waiting too long , in cold, late at night until I got in. I used the emergency call. Although I had informed about my late check in.

Great rate and bar but a subpar hotel experience

Great rate and the bar downstairs had good cocktails. Fine for a one night stay. Keep in mind that this is nowhere near the city center and you’ll need to either ride the bus or train to get into Lucerne proper.

Very poor soundproofing. I was able to hear restaurant staff clanging dishes in the back until 11-12pm. Additionally the breakfast staff were quite loud starting around 6AM which woke me up immediately. Staff wasn’t particularly accommodating about how to get around locally and I had to ask directly about a local travel pass. This seems to be first and foremost a restaurant before it’s a hotel.

The staff/service was amazing. Location was great.

My car git damaged in parking. The bathroom of the room initially given was like a bathroom in a train or a bus but the room was changed so I am happy about it. There was a weird smell in the lobby. There are no ACs but I suppose that's with a lot of hotels in Switzerland. Overall a good stay because of the great experience with staff. Very friendly and professional staff

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

Very small room for 4 people with a double bed and 2 bunk beds crammed into a room. The bathroom is also VERY cramped, forget about getting dressed in there after your shower! Make sure to keep your windows closed when you leave as the restaurant downstairs will have your room smelling like a smokehouse on your return!

compact for a solo traveler and near a bus stop

lacks a kettle in the room. it is advertised as Emmenbrücke Sprengi. Advise travelers to take the bus to Emmenbrücke Bösfeld. Much easier to reach the hotel
