Il servizio del ristorante è stato imbarazzante. Mai visto qualcosa del genere! Non aspettavano nemmeno che mettessimo qualcosa in bocca per venire a chiedere di spostarci per pagare le bevande al bar. Alle 21 in punto chiudevano le porte del buffet e lo stesso veniva assaltato dai dipendenti. Non si trovava più un cameriere, lasciavano anche i tavoli pieni di piatti senza sparecchiare.

Wspaniały, udane wakacje w bardzo dobrej cenie

Wspaniały hotel pod każdym względem. Mieliśmy pokój z prywatnym basenem, co okazało się strzałem w 10, dzieci były w odrębnym pokoju 3 osobowym, może o niższym standardzie niż nasz ale również ok, w pokojach codziennie wymiana ręczników, wyżywienie bardzo urozmaicone a przede wszystkim strasznie duże ilości, zarówno dania lokalne jak i powszechne typu frytki, pizza. Zawsze do posiłków podane ciasta, desery oraz owoce, dodatkowo do obiadu i kolacji lody. Alkohole lokalne typu raki, quzo , brendy, piwo, wino nie oszukane. Na terenie hotelu 3 baseny plus basen ze zjeżdżalniami. Do morza 5 minut pieszo. Personel miły uczynny, pozwolono nam zostać na terenie hotelu w oczekiwaniu na samolot, pomimo wymeldowania.

Jedyny minus to bardzo słabe animacje, żeby nie powiedzieć ze w ogóle ich nie było, pomimo wywieszonych informacji z konkretnymi godzinami, nie zawsze odbywały się lub były z opóźnieniem, bez żadnej informacji. Innym minusem który może nie dotyczy wprost hotelu to jego położenie, z dala od głównych atrakcji Krety

Pokój z własnym basenem i tarasem na dachu, Klub i plac zabaw dla dzieci, Aquapark w cenie pobytu, Położenie z dala od klubów, Szybkie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, Wagańskie potrawy w bufecie śniadaniowym, Parking.

Czystość - nad tym obiekt musi popracować.

great service mixed together with quality.

first and foremost, it’s a bit off the path from the busier part of Malia. you get the closeness of historic old town where there are many fantastic choices to eat, but are also away from the hustle and bustle of the evening party crowd. on top of that, you are a five minute walk from the beach. secondly the hospitality at this hotel is unmatched. I come here at least once a year because the people are so kind and welcoming. it’s really one of my favorite hotels.

nothing to be honest. the staff is lovely, the rooms are wonderful, the food is pretty good, the location is perfect.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Choice and quality of food did not disappoint.

Another great stay at the Meropi Hotel. Our stay last year was great too and we were determined to come back but this time to a room with a private pool. This meant booking direct with hotel and flights separately rather than going as a package but it was well worth it. Our room was exceptional as was the food and service. Staff really friendly and helpful and the receptionist also recognised me from last year and even knew what room we stayed in last year! Hoping to come back again next year.

The choices of the all inclusive drinks package was quite limited but was adequate for our needs. Nice local wines (white/red/rose) and beer. Liked how we could choose to either have a drink at the bar or take drinks back to our room.

It was good but not totally worth it the price!

The hotel was very nice, the room also!

The food was average and the all inclusive package was quite poor! No alcohol free drinks(except coke, lemonade etc), no fresh juices for the children!

the lady on reception was amazing! So welcoming and nice, she was so helpful as it was our first time in malia!

everything was so close together and there was so much to do

the pools where very cold took some getting used to but other than that it was fantastic, would recommend!

Amazing vecation in an amazing suite

we got the grand suite with the private pool, the room was amazing, the pool was huge. this is definitely the best room you can get with these prices. The food in the hotel was great, not repetitive at all. breakfast always had pancakes, a variaty of eggs, chesse, bread, vegetables, cereal, jams, etc. lunch and dinner were also great, and i really liked the desserts. i'm a vegatarian and i always had multiple choises. the hotel is in the center of everything, near by there are a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkers, stores, absolutly everything you need.

they didn't clean our room every day, but that wasn't so bad.

Great family stay

Enough room for a family with 2 kids, good beds, I like that there were normal beds for the kids,no sofas. Food was good,cuisine is international with some greek dishes every day, and a variety of different dishes throughout the days, a lot of things to choose. Pools are nice,kids loved the Maropi Aqua part. Our terrace overlooked the pool so we could have a drink and watch the kids play in the pool. Kids club also nice,with good animators. Last day we could have early breakfast. Personell friendly and helpful. Would definitely come there again.

Room was not that clean,cleaning lady didn't clean every day.

Perfect for families with kids

It was spotless clean everywhere. The staff was most attentive and the slides were great fun for both kids and adults.

It would have been better if the food and drinks at the pool bar offered an all inclusive version as well.

Happy and helpful staff

Air condition in our rooms did not worked properly, was not getting cold and was difficult over the night to have a proper sleep. All drinks to the dinner are fully charged on halfboard option,even "post - mix soft drinks" for the kids (by the way poor quality). Would understand to pay only for alcohol drinks.

Fantastic clean hotel with lovely staff

Staff went above and beyond, we were upgraded to the suit as on our honeymoon which really did make our stay So clean, lovely staff and food was nice

Could have been a bit more choice of food but what there was was excellent quality and great value for the reasonable price of the hotel

Exceptional

Free upgrade, the private terrace with a beautiful view and private pool... Room very stylish and everything in perfect condition. Staff friendly and helpful. We got offered early breakfast at 4.30 on checkout day

We didnt turn on the air conditioner because it was 7€ per day... i think at least it should be included in the suites when you already pay a high rate. Because of this we needed to leave the window open and the mosquitos were terribly.

Fantastic

Fantastic friendly Hotel .ideal for couples and families . Extremely clean food was great .lack of choice on all inclusive drinks.there are 2 bars only one you can go to for all inclusive drinks .the water park you got to pay for all drinks .Apart from that definitely would go back.the whole Island has a lot to offer Watersports & coach trips all at fair prices .Also very friendly people. If yourself catering Eating out is very reasonable lots of family restaurants with amazing food .I would 100% recommend Meropi hotel & apartments

Nice hotel, good food but drink package is poor.

Food was really nice. Similar dishes daily, nonetheless, tasty.

It is disappointing to see so many plastic cups being used. Even when asked at the bar to have a drink in a glass , we were told it is only available at dinner! You could , of course, have a drink in a glass served anytime- with additional payment...If you fancied to pay for a drink outside of All Inclusive menu. Taking about all inclusive- food was really nice , in our opinion. We even had a pleasure of enjoying lovely calamari at couple of occasions! Drinks included in All Inclusive however, were a real disappointment... ouzo, raki and ?cogniac...beer and wine....no basic spirits like whisky, gin or even vodka. Available spirits were... just like a firewater:-( white wine was the only thing that was pleasant tasting. Location is good, reception stuff very helpful. It would be really great for the hotel to improve their All inclusive drink package, which would make us consider another visit in future:-)

Charming family hotel close to the beach with distance from the tourist masses.

this is a little family hotel, off the beaten path which was perfect for me. there was nothing surrounding it, and the clientel was mostly families and couples. it's perfect for people who don't like crowds and cities. you are super close to the beach. the staff was incredibly kind and accomidating. the food in the hotel is fine. i would suggest half-pension at most. there are lots of restaurants on the same street which is also fine. in a 15 minute walk you are in an old city that has fantastic food as well. The old town was also a nice destination to go for dinner every evening. there is the best local cocktail bar about 3 minutes away.

we had a private pool, but the kids from the water park could look into our backyard so it wasn't as private as we would have liked. there was no screen door on the door leading out to our pool, so we could never leave the door open to get some air without the risk of mosquitos(and trust me, there are plenty) invading us.
