Un petit coin de paradis ...

Le cadre est magnifique, les hôtes sont attentifs et aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. La chambre était confortable et spacieuse. Quant au petit déjeuner, les produits locaux sont de mise. Un séjour parfait en somme!

De ne rester que deux jours....

Quel agréable son de graviers, sous nos pas, dans la cours du château, pour sauter dans la piscine !

Super accueil. Expérience unique de dormir dans un château, dont la 1ere pierre a été posée il y a 700 ans !!

L’ accueil à la Française avec un propriétaire exceptionnel

Petit déjeuner du siècle passé avec une véritable histoire. Le châtelain très avenant et disert nous a fait passer un délicieux moment de conversation . Madame aux petits soins. Une halte inattendue et chaleureuse. Merci

On ne peut pas s’attendre à une modernité extrême quand on loge dans un lieu comme celui ci !

Memorable!

It was nice to stay in a proper chateau, with a charming and entertaining host. The lounge and dining room were fascinating and full of character. There were lovely local cheeses for breakfast and very fresh croissants and bread.

It was a little too far out of Aurillac to be able to walk there & back. Our room (at the top of the house) was a little bit spooky, with a prayer stool and huge cross in the entrance, and various old pictures on the wall, and rather old bedding. It felt in need of a refresh.

Exceptional

Wonderful bed and breakfast conveniently located a short walk from the centre of Aurillac. A warm welcome large comfortable rooms and the real treat was the small swimming pool which has just been installed and was perfect to make full use of the garden and park. Eric was a perfect host.

Cyclists beware of the very steep access road and if you are not fit be prepared to get off and push!!

Nice stay in a Chateau

The rooms were roomy and private for the 3 people in our group. Breakfast was pretty nice and we had a nice time talking to other guests while enjoying our food. The owner was friendly and helped us with keeping some items in the freezer overnight.

It was very hot that day. The owner had kept the bedroom windows and shutters closed before our arrival so the rooms wouldn't be too hot. We opened the windows and shutters at night to cool off a bit but the addition of a fan would have helped in one of the bedrooms as the windows are small and didn't offer much of a breeze. It's our mistake as we didn't ask, as the owner might have been able to provide one for the night. Since we only spent one night, it wasn't a big deal.

On the third floor. Quite a trek with our motorcycle luggage. A little lacking in atmosphere and warmth.

A great experience to stay in such a property, with such a lovely proprietor, who ensured a welcoming and friendly atmos

The property was beautiful and well maintained with improvements being made all the time. The owner is very knowledgeable, kind and attentive.

The bathroom in our room needed updating, but no doubt it will be done soon. (The bedroom itself was wonderful.)

Owner was very helpful and friendly Breakfast was excellent Rooms were large and well furnished Very quiet location Owner is a cyclist so gave us lots of advice for our tour

Helpful host, excellent setting, lovely grounds, nice ambiance.

The location was lovely, the atmosphere of the chateau was lovely. The owner was helpful. I so enjoyed waking up to the sound of an owl calling and cow bells.

Great location to discover the very beautiful region!

A great place for a few nights to explore the region. Excellent breakfast and a great host. Lovely house with an interesting history. Our host recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner, and even called to make our reservations!
