Ужасный уровень сервиса!

Единственный плюс - это расположение к тому месту где нам нужно было быть вечером.

При заезде в отель, в номере оказался только один комплект тапочек и полотенец. Туалет был грязный, окна были настолько грязными, что было ощущение, как будто их не протирали никогда. Отсутствие мини-бара в номере. Огромный минус - отсутствие Room service еды в номер и в целом покушать днём можно только в ресторанах за территорией отеля. Вишенкой на торте стали ваши горничные, которые без стука и предупреждения трижды вламывались в номер. При выселении, в 11:50 утра пришла горничная, зашла без стука в номер и когда она нас увидела в номере, стояла за дверью и ждала пока мы выйдем из номера. Отель на 4 звезды не тянет. Я бы не рекомендовал.

L'accueil : pas bien accueillis Alarme incendie qui se déclenche en pleine nuit et qui nous empêche de dormir La femme de ménage rentre dans notre chambre alors qu'on était entrain de s'habiller Promesse d'un tarif à 12 euros pour le parking au final on paie plus Pas d'explications claires données à l'arrivée ni lors de notre départ.

Location

The air conditioning didn't work. The lights in the bathroom kept dimming and getting brighter with no way to fix. There was only one bath towel for two people.

Great stay next to the Lille Stadium!

Very convenient to attend events at the Lille stadium, just a few steps away. Spacious rooms, nice decoration and friendly staff. Breakfast was very nicely done!

A bit difficult to reach from the metro station.

very good condition, but hotel policy is to take waranty money (50 eur/day) -> will not be returning

the hotel is nice and clean friendly staff clean and spacious bathroom

- the heating was not working (probably to save gas/electricity) but at the price i paid, i was expecting to be able to turn on the heat at least - the card holder for the room was broken - what iritated me the most was that i needed to give a 50 eur/day waranty which i found out only when i arrived and made the check in; i dislike completely the hotels which such policy. they take my money and keep them blocked for some days!

location and the night porter was so nice

the fact that I checked in and room was not properly cleaned. hair all over the bed, dirty shower and unfleshed toilet.

Room was fine. Needed extra pillows.

Room keys didn’t work so had to be taken to be let into our room. Took about 20 minutes to be seen by reception to check in out of the four staff only one was checking in a building que of people.

Not worth the 4 stars. Not worth to stay more than one night.

1. Room size - very ok 2. Bathroom size - good. 3. Pretty good room condition 4. Breakfast (continental) - lot of choices

1. Not all staff was able to speak English at the reception desk in a communicative way. 2. Lot of dust on the room's furniture. 3. Not working safe box in the room 4. Despite asking staff for a safe box service they didn't do anything with the request since the end of the stay. 5. No cabinet (any type) or any other shelf for keeping the clothes (except the one for a suitcase and hanger). 6. TV was a HD one, but connected to a hotel's STB which was a pretty bad quality! It was also a very slow STB. 7. Very complicated underground parking and quite expensive! 8. No "refills" of the tea and coffee every day. 9. Housekeeping services not cleaning/replacing used cups, teaspoons everyday. 10. Room was soundproofing, but a quite visible gaps in the doors! 11. Reception was not able to make an invoice without doing three errors. Send or email. Both is too much for them. 12. Bed (double) was made by connecting two single beds - OK. But there was no option to lock the wheels of the beds. They were moving towards each other. It wasn't comfortable. 13. Dangerous window. It's unsafe and it's easy to fall off the window! 14. Very noisy if window was opened thanks to be close to the highway. 15 Spamming and harassing on the whatsapp by the hotel. Unacceptable. I didn't allowed that.

Too pricey for what you get

Clean room

Bathroom smelled like marijuana, toilet seat was loose, restaurant was closed, loud alarm in the middle of the night (once stopped after 5 minutes no one could give an update on what happened), parking costs extra.
