We stayed here for 2 nights, comfy bed, clean room, house keepers came each morning if we needed anything. Clean, new towels ect. Staff were friendly too.
Not enough wash in the shower, we slept in and went to get breakfast half an hour before it shut and there wasn’t much left. I think maybe have a bit more variety would be nice

The room was a great size with a nice view of the pool and bbq area. It made it feel like you were in an island resort which was nice. It was quiet and was great being able to access their free laundry room.
The bathroom roof was a little bit untidy, would have been nice to have the choice between a bath/spa or a shower. That the breakfast menu wasn’t in the room and there wasn’t an option to order breakfast via the room.

It could have been improved if there was a restaurant and bar - unfortunately, the Cheff had disappeared so that was unfortunate..

The DIY continental breakfast was a nice addition. Jump in the swimming pool before departure was welcome.
Room needed a bit of fresh air before we arrived.

Everything. Beautiful hotel and facilities
Loved everything

Very comfortable stay, quiet room, much quieter than I expected given the property is adjacent to the highway. Good food in the restaurant at reasonable prices, same for drinks at the bar - plenty of range and reasonable price.
Probably a little far out of the centre of town if you want to walk in of a night. But as the motel is self sufficient for food and drinks it didn't bother me too much.

Room was warm and clean.
Hallway had a manky odour

The Standard Room was spacious, well-appointed and clean.
The fact that all advertising indicated that the room tariff of $145 included breakfast which it did not was disappointing and unsatisfactory. A notice from management advised that the breakfast was not included and that a continental breakfast could be purchased for $9.50 per person. I raised this matter with the hotel staff on departure that the advertising did not match the fact and that the advertising needed to be amended. Regretfully, this was not well received by the hotel staff and this overshadowed what would have been an acceptable night's stay.

A convenient stopover. We have stayed here numerous times and particularly welcomed having a restaurant on site, very convenient.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Our room was partly or recently painted and still smelt of paint. Bare floor and very uncomfortable chairs were not good. Bathroom fan was noisy and stepping up into the bath/shower was an issue.
Lastly the view from our window looked out on a pile of old carpet and bits and pieces which may be part of a renovation, not pleasant viewing and should be removed.

comfortable beds, shower has great pressure and the breakfast was awesome 👏

Easy access, convenient stay
Continental breakfast is very limited, on site restaurant should extend their menu to room service offerings (i.e. more convenient light meals to be offered than just off the main menu).
As a guest you may get in late and not want to order a large meal, like a toastie, sandwhich or bun. Just as a thought.

Singleton as a location is a convenient place for an overnight stay en route to Sydney On-site parking is plentiful and without additional charges The continental breakfast provided FOC was sufficient and enjoyable although no fresh fruit was evident
Our stay coincided with the ANZAC Day public holiday which meant that the hotel's restaurant was not open for dinner. This was not made apparent at the time of booking. In addition, there would not be staff available at reception after 18:00 hrs. The hotel did offer suggestions for alternate venues in Singleton for dinner but one of those venues, when visited, indicated that last orders for the kitchen was 17:30.
This was a common situation in the town and we resorted to pizza delivery to our room.
Of some concern was the location of the room (134) towards the end of a long, narrow corridor on the ground floor with no apparent fire escape other than the entry from the reception area. There were fire extinguishers but again, these were located some distance from our room. The room had no exit other than via the corridor to reception. Overall, we were somewhat anxious regarding fire safety

Nothing. Booked in through booking.com. paid. Arrived and was told manager does not check emails from booking.com. no accommodation available without reservation or booking.
All of it. The managers attitude. Paying money for a room that has been confirmed bookied, then being told by charbonnier manager that there is no booking

The staff where amazing, they couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was immaculate.

After hours check in was very easy and professional. The staff were friendly and informative. The large shower, despite it's dated appearance, worked well and had great water pressure.
The numerous little flying bugs and moths in our room reminded me of staying at Grandmas long ago, which was appropriate given the 1970 decor of the room. The bed was not at all comfortable.
