Da privacidade das habitações. Dos tratamentos do Spa

Da presença de muitas crianças na piscina que impede um ambiente tranquilo como o que é suposto na herdade. O facto de ser permitido fumar em zonas de refeições. É verão e o edredom da cama é de inverno, super quente.

Alentejo acolhedor

Uma passagem pela tranquilidade do Alentejo com acolhimento familiar e bom gosto. Alojamentos individuais em suites numeradas na mini urbe. Apreciar a paisagem na piscina no piso superior do hotel.

Falta de mais amenities: loção corporal para depois banho.. Renovação das casas de banho antiquadas.

A repetir sem dúvida . Quartos muitos espaçosos e muito bonitos . Funcionários super simpáticos e prontos a ajudar . Espaço muito limpo e muito bonito . Gostamos muito ! A piscina é muito bonita e muito limpa .

O pequeno almoço tem pouca variedade para um hotel de 4* A refeição que fizemos no snack bar da piscina foi muito fraca para o preço praticado e chegou gelado . Mas o resto valeu a pena

Good value for money.

Value for money is definitely good here. The staff is really friendly and the concept is very nice. Breakfast is very good with excellent products.

Not in worrying levels considering that it is a “rural” experience but the room had considerable amount of bugs/insects. On a side note, the hotel should consider updating the playlist that goes on the pool speakers :D

Para repetir! Não se vão arrepender.

O Lounge junto á piscina era óptimo com zonas com sombra e todas as comodidades. O facto de serem suites individuais com bom isolamento sonoro é pouco ruído. Os carros não podiam passar para a zona das suites o que tornava a zona ainda mais tranquila.

No geral é um hotel muito bom. A única coisa que posso apontar foi a falta de resposta de 2 colaboradoras quando apontei um inconveniente. Mas ainda assim todos os outros colaboradores foram muito cuidadosos. De realçar todo o cuidado e atenção da Joana.

We had a fabulous relaxed stay at the ECORKHOTEL, great base to visit Evora from.

Reception staff were so helpful. One of our party had an airline issue and they took care of the whole thing, which really put my friend at ease. The restaurant waiter was great (and served great G&T)

Sunday Buffet breakfast was really good but the Monday pre-order service was not quite a smooth. The indoor pool was really too warm for me, but I'm from Scotland, so that means anything over 18C!

Exceptional

Blew me away. I arrived late and tired but the staff settled me in. The next day was lovely and even though the had a buyout of the resort which meant I couldn't extend my stay, they let me use the pool for a few hours past checkout. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Almost there - just a little more TLC and this would be an exceptional hotel.

The main building was very stylish and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was varied and very good. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the pool but it was spotlessly clean and looked like a nice place to have lunch. Very near to the megaliths which were very impressive. This is a really nice hotel but needs a little more maintenance around the rooms.

The rooms are situated in rows of terraced bungalows. The facades had pealing paint and cracks which made it look a little unloved. The planting was random which also gave the impression of being unloved. It is lovely to have wild areas of meadow in the spring but in the summer when it is brown and overgrown, these areas should be cut back. Better planting would have elevated the place.

apartments need some maintenance (painting, furniture, territory), not suitable without a car (distance to restaurants shops and sightseeing)
