Decent place out of town.

Room size, pool, staff, view, facilities. Nice play to stay

WiFi (very slow) and 0 reception. Paying for towel everyday and staff very pushy to get it back fast. Food was average but okay

Nice family stay in March

We selected a family room, which was dark and had one room without windows. Since we booked six nights with three kids, we expected more. However, after discussing the issue with the reception, we were moved the next night to the fourth floor with two separate rooms and nice views. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, and the food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were good value for money. Every evening, we had live music around the pool, so it was very nice to relax around the pool with a drink and listen to the music after days full of trips and island hopping.

Extra charges for breakfast, mixed invoice, and charged some extra room service we didn't order, but everything was cleared very fast.

Nice facility, clean rooms and friendly accommodating staff.

During our stay, there wasn't a hot water for shower and bath. They told us there was a water main break on the facility.

Not really value for money

Pool is massive and great. Very clean hotel. Breakfast ok. Accoustic singer at night good. Staff friendly

For the price it is not really worth it in my opinion. Food and drink massively overpriced. Strange system with towels for the pool and not allowed to take any towels out of the hotel... construction going on next door so quite noisy. You can get better for the money to be honest. If you stay here you will need transport to places that are reasonably priced to eat and drink. The corridors where the rooms are have no music playing, no art. A bit of a prison feel. Mountain view room is not a view of a mountain. It is view of the bottom of a mountain which is dark and has a lot of trash! Staff often walk round the back of the rooms so can see into your room through the window

Great for family vacation.

It is located away from the busy town which is a great plus. There were 3 pools and are very kid friendly. Also the rooms were spacious although we would have loved to get the family as what we initially planned but turned out unavailable when we got there. The staff were great to just give us two deluxe rooms without additional charges.

There’s a stinking smell around the pool area, i think it’s from the toilets exhaust, the one below the pool. Also the room floor is kind of slippery, i wish there was complimentary slippers for the room.

Everything about the place; the architecture, music every night, and the warm pool.

Water in the room that comes out of the faucet it smells like rust. The breakfast buffet is so so.

There was building work three doors away from where we were

I think the only thing could’ve been better with room service. For example, my hairbrush was on the floor when I came in one day, no replacement of tea and coffee so I think the housekeepers could do a better job.

The swimming pool is nice

The hotel has a lot of potential, but then, it is managed without care. The safe was broken in the room, and we had to ask for reparation. The water is contaminated, and me and my wife we both get sick, even if we used the bottled water for tooth brush. The view from our room was to an extremely ugly backyard. There was water falling from the roof to the aircon machine, making a lot of noise at night. I had to wake up and hang from the window to solve it The island hooping that they offer is limited compared with the options in the city, so we had to go to the city to book. The hotel is really far from everywhere, and there is nothing in the surroundings In short, we were very disappointed.

The room is spacious and well maintained. wonderful sleep every night

Some of the front desk staff are less courteous. They have the tendency to be arrogant when you ask question to verify your stay.

The best hotel to choose in Coron for mid range

Great pools and spacious comfortable rooms, attentive staff, breakfast buffet was reasonable

Check in took too long and there seemed to be some difficulty confirming my booking through Booking.com and then the staff kept on saying it was through agoda. On another issue, I killed a spider in the room in the first night, this was never vacuumed or swept up by the cleaners the entire time I was there, ants had come in and were consuming the dead spider

Nice hotel but a bit far from the center

Room had an amazing view of rhe mountains and sea. Room was cleaned daily. Check in and check iut was quick.

Gym was not airconditioned and was facing west so it was like hell using the treadmill in the afternoon. There were only 4 equipment there and 2 were under maintenance. Ordered room service: sinigang na isda... the soup tasted good but the fish was so tasteless. Calamares also did not tasted terrible. There was a live band on Friday or Saturday night and I initially thought it was a hotel guest with an unpleasant voice hogging the karaoke for hours.

Unacceptable

The staff were friendly and the tour we booked through the hotel was a good day out.

The pool area was filthy dirty to the point your feet turned black when you walked around.We only saw them clean a little area around the pool in the week we were there and they brushed the dirty water into the pool making the pool very unhygienic. Plus the pool water was very low and there didn't seem to be any filters working within the pool, your eyes stung with the amount of chlorine being used! Our room wasn't mopped once all week as we had black marks on the floor all week! They only do the basic of making beds, changing towels and leaving a very limited amount of toilet roll! Have to pay daily for wifi in your room that doesn't work properly, it works for ten minutes then goes off again! Cold water when showering and the shower door doesn't shut! The food was inedible, we actually caught the chief picking his nose while cooking guests breakfast. Disgusting! Considering it's meant to be a 4 star hotel it's very run down and there seems to be a lack of management. We definitely would not stay there again!
