Hotel at the restaurant. The restaurant is primary - haute cuisine, an excellent option for dinner. The wine list is excellent. The hotel itself is very small - 6 rooms. Colourful, link to restaurant shown everywhere, 1970 Michelin Guides, chef awards. perfect for a one night stop while passing by. The only thing - do not forget to order breakfast in the evening, otherwise it will be extremely scarce.

comfortable, great facilities and awesome service. it is also at the feet of the medieval city so can be reached in about 10 min walk. convenient location too if you are having dinner there.

beautiful elegant surroundings - room was a good size with a large terrace and hot tub / jacuzzi

this is a restaurant (2 Michelin stars) with rooms so as such no usual hotel facilities (bar / lounge etc) We were aware of this but other visitors may not be - no restaurants in the immediate area. cute is 10 minutes walk (up hill) / or the town 25 minutes away The brasserie in town owned by the same group (Brasserie a 4 temps) was excellent

Delightful oasis in Carcassonne

The suite with jacuzi was truely excellent, super clean, our room was well ahead of expectations and the staff stood out as very attentive, and wanted to make our stay as important as possible. The small things mattered. Our anniversary stay here was exceptional and memorable.

Not much to say here! Although the restaurant was delightful and the sampling menu was extensive, it was long at 3 hours as we were tired but the gastronomic experience is so worth doing.

Fab hotel with lovely staff. Superb location for the old quarter. Superb safe on site parking.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left was superb. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was very clean with good quality linen and amenities. Plenty of wonderful products to use too. Terrace to our room was furnished with lovely out door loungers and chairs. Parking on site was very safe and secure. Would highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised

Located within walking distance of the castle this property was tucked away at the bottom of the hill within a Beautifully maintained vegetable garden. We had a suite due to our two dogs of which was lovely and spacious with a terrace.

Limited seating to the restaurant of which we could not get into for dinner. Maybe next time we will book in advance.
