Conform asteptarilor

Locatie foarte buna, sus pe deal, foarte aproape de plaja si de castel. Mic dejun consistent, aveai de unde alege. Camera mare, foarte curata, AC functional, frigider, totul foarte curat. Parcare exact la intrarea in hotel.

In timp ce faceam dus, a sarit abajurul de la becul din baie :) Nu se poate face dus fara slapi de plastic. Baia se umple de apa si exista pericol de alunecare.

Acest sejur a fost acceptabil datorită plajei din Albena.

Ceea ce mi-a plăcut a fost faptul ca personalul hotelului a fost foarte amabil, tot timpul se făcea curățenie și că hotelul a avut una din cele 2 piscine deschisă.

Ceea ce nu mi-a plăcut sunt multe: - lenjeria de pat foarte veche, chiar fețele de pernă murdare. - imaginile de pe pagina de booking nu corespund cu realitatea ( pereții strâmbi, reparați doar de fațadă). - baia nu este ventilată și scurgerea nu funcționează. - dușul foarte murdar, în camera părinților pară de la duș fiind ruptă. - camerele nu sunt izolate mai deloc, am auzit vecinii și de lângă noi, dar și de deasupra noastră. - micul dejun care a fost același în fiecare zi. -lipsa laptelui în aparatul de cafea. - dozatorul de apă care dădea apă caldă în loc de apă rece. - camera de saună, fitness a fost închisă pe toate perioada cazării. - lipsa bilelor de biliard și a mingii de ping-pong. În descriere scrie ca se află la 400 de m de plaja, dar de fapt se merge mult mai mult pentru a ajunge la o plajă plină de stânci. Am fost nevoiți să mergem în alt oraș pentru o plajă cu nisip.

Regret că am luat această cazare

Băile sunt dezastru, miros urât în camere. A trebuit să merg la recepție să solicit schimbarea prosoapelor. Foarte murdar in interior. nu recomand. Nu este ceea ce se prezintă în fotografiile de pe booking Nu recomand a merge cu copii mici. Dintre toate piscinele care le au, doar una este funcțională și necurățată. Abia ne-au schimbat camerele care erau plătite în avans. Când au văzut că vrem să sunăm la booking au facut tot posibilul să ne schimbe camerele.Și alea schimbate tot cu aceleași băi și același miros. SERVICII RELE LA SUPERLATIV. NU RECOMAND NIMĂNUI.

It was okay👍

The pool was very nice, I loved the garden, really green. The bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious, a lot of space at the parking lot which was really great. The view was breathtaking, from the garden, from the pool, from the balcony, you can see the mountains of Balchik, the forest, was absolutely amazing.

Some of the stuff wasn’t speaking English really good, we used google translate. We booked a double room and an apartment which unfortunately were in different buildings, but that was somehow understandable. In the apartament the air conditioning wasn’t having a remote, which we got after we spoke at the reception. There were some spider webs… The shower curtain fell off (but was replace the next day). The small pool wasn’t functional.

A good price-quality ratio.

The location is very convenient, close to the beach. The staff is very polite. I am very grateful to Natali, she is always open and ready to help and advise.

Value for the money

Nice pool, helpful staff, value for the money.

Breakfast was teastles, very cheap option. The room doors are way too thin. No room service during the 3 days stay.

was told coffee is free, but for some reason on 3rd day, i was asked to pay, no problem with that(even though the previous day was offered free coffee), but they dont take card payments(quite strange for a 3star hotel, wich makes me think someone was trying to make a buck on the side) apart from this all good. and housekeeping comes into your room without asking

Exceptional

The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden and the Palace The property is beautiful and well-kept, lots of roses. The atmosphere in the hotel is conducive to relaxation Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere Renovated room with new furniture and beautiful sea views. The classic breakfast exceeded my expectations

The bed was comfortable. We asked for a double and actually got one rather than two beds pushed together. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly.

The bathroom was awful. The basin was chipped and cracked. The Flexi hose for the loo was old, rusty and filthy, didn't refill the cistern unless you jiggled it and was held together with black tape. The hot water was turned off and it was too stiff to turn back on without a tool. It took 24hrs for them to fix it. The shower couldn't be turned onto hot because the bottom of the shower hose was in the way. So it was installed like this which is not fit for purpose. Breakfast was awful. No fruit. Cheese was plastic tasting. I don't eat meat for breakfast and can't eat the cereals or bread as I'm gluten free. Salad was bits of lettuce cucumber and tomato. Bit weird for breakfast. Avocado if you were lucky. Egg was ok.

Great breakfast! A lot of different options to choose from at the buffet. Also, the property of the hotel is very green an quite nice to just relax a day at the pool.

The location could be better, but is still fine once you find the secret stairs down to the Black Sea right next to Bisser Hotel.

Passable

Two free car parks next to the hotel, hot water in the bathroom unlimited, the view from the terrace to the sea was nice, pets allowed, quiet and peaceful area, friendly staff.

There was no variety for breakfast and dinner, not enough free tables for a full hotel, when the food ran out loading was slow, very weak internet in the rooms, the room and the bathroom need to be refreshed, the locks on the entrance door of the room is old and unreliable, easy to open, new modern locks and electronic cards should be installed. The mechanism of the toilet is very old and broken. There are no nearby beaches in the area, you need to have a car to get from the hotel to the beach. An inconvenience is that everywhere in Balchik and around the beaches there are no free car parks and they are always full of cars. Cheese and yellow cheese for breakfast were imitation products. It's frustrating to pay for real cheese and yellow cheese and get imitation products. There is also no fruit juices at all.

Breakfast was bad with low quality products and nothing decent to eat except bread, coffee was awful, too many people in the restaurant - no antipandemic measures at all! The pools were very dirty. The room was nothing special - old room with some new paint and standart furniture. The location was near shop and The Palace.

Good choice to spend a few nights

Very close to the Botanical Garden and Castle. Good and rich breakfast.

The bathroom needs some fixing and improvement.

A good value hotel. Has very nice swimming pool and the rooms are also nice. The breakfast was excellent.
