Zeer behulpzaam! Kreeg upgrade naar de mooiste kamer omdat ik slecht geslapen had wegens geluidsoverlast vanwege Aid. Heeft alles goedgemaakt
Op tijd avondeten bestellen of anders is het take away 😹

I would say that this was the best place we’ve stayed at during our trip. Lovely staff who were extremely helpful. The pool is certainly welcome after a day of Moroccan heat. The room was nice and the overall mood is very relaxed. The riad is located quite deep inside the medina, which can be a pain to navigate, but there are a couple of signs indicating where the riad is. It's roughly a 20-30 minute walk from all the main attractions. Also it was very quiet within the riad without any street noises.
If you’ve never been deep in a medina before, it can be daunting. Also during the breakfast they didn’t provide a fresh orange juice which was an ordinary practice at the other hotels.

Beautiful Riad, very peaceful and tranquil inside..bedrooms very
spacious...breakfasts basic but tasty.
Staff very helpful and always polite.
This could be a real hidden gem just a few minor issues...
It could do with an overall, our showers cold water tap did not work very good causing poor water pressure..
I think pillows and cushions want replacing throughout the Riad because some where very tatty or torn..the sunbeds and drapes could do with a deep clean and some of the outside lights are not fixed to the wall properly...
Our glass door to our bedroom did not close properly, it wasn't an issue but does need fixing.

The swimming pool at the Rihad is splendid but the owner of the Rihad need to learn to excuse guests so they can use the pool comfortably.
The location is not so great. It’s ghettoish and quite far from the city center.

Our recent stay at this Riad in Morocco was highly disappointing. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were given a ground floor room next to the pool and main area, resulting in constant noise and disturbed sleep.
Attempts to address the issue with the night porter, using a language translator, were futile as he refused to take any action. The staff's lack of consideration for guests' comfort was evident.
The Riad's atmosphere was uninviting, with an excessive number of plants attracting flying insects, making the room unpleasant. The attempt to emulate Moroccan style fell short, creating a cheap and poorly managed tropical environment.
The dining experience was equally underwhelming. The food lacked seasoning and taste, and our request for salt and pepper went unfulfilled. Breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.
The location of the riad is in the area where we didn't feel safe. It's in a local neighborhood, far from the center.
Overall, we cannot recommend this Riad. The room allocation, noise levels, insect presence, and overall mismanagement were major drawbacks. Consider exploring other accommodations for a more enjoyable stay in Morocco.

the riad is absolutely lovely, it is a dream and so beautiful, and Ali is the most wonderful host!

Riad Roxanne truly is an oasis in the busy hot streets of Marrakech. The small swimming pool amidst the greenery is sufficient, but we were also delighted with the jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you don't quite have a sense of direction, getting downtown can be challenging. For breakfast, we would welcome more options and more food on the table so we don't have to rush the staff and feel gluttonous.

The hotel is really beautiful and the staff very nice. The location is good, walking distance to the main attractions.
Breakfast could be better for the price, it is quite basic.

Staff were wonderful. Room was a little dark but comfortable and spacious with a lovely seating area outside overlooking their beautiful courtyard. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Location is quiet but a little bit further from most of the attractions which was fine for us as we don't mind walking but something to take into account.
Everything was fine

The receptionist Ali was very nice and helpful. The pool and the plants looked nice.
We paid for a standard double but we received a much much smaller room without walls separating the bathroom/toilet to the “bedroom”. No one cleaned the room even once. There was mold in the bathroom and room smelled like sewers. The way to the riad can be scary at night as it is in the middle of the medina. They gave us a 15% refund but still wouldn’t come back. Breakfast was average.

Riad Roxanne is a true oasis in a loud and a bit chaotic center of Marrakech. It is decorated unbelivably beautiful, we were amazed when we entered. The Staff there is caring, extremely helpful and kind, big thanks to Ali and Amina, who both made our stay so pleasant and comfortable. I will highly recommend staying at the Riad Roxanne to my friends :)

The property was very beautiful and quiet in a location nearby the center and you need no car. The inner garden was great and the decoration was unique. All the staff was very kind and helpful!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing riad in Marrakech and I have nothing but good things to say about it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful – from the stunning architecture to the lush gardens and refreshing pool, everything was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and serene atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony.
What really made my stay special was the staff's hospitality. They were always available to answer my questions, offer recommendations for things to do in the city.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough – it exceeded all of my expectations and made my trip to Marrakech truly unforgettable. I can't wait to come back!

The staff was nice and helpful. The yard was nice, but the smell was bad
The smell in the room was bad, the lighting was horrible, the room was not very clean( The floor was very dirty), there was no toilet brush at the toillet, the door from the toilet was broken( you could hear everything that was happening at the toilet), broken walls and lights ( hanging out of the ceiling). The area in which the riad was located was really bad and and dirty ( compared to other areas in the medina).

Gorgeous copper bathtub in the Royal suite. Private terrace. Very spacious rooms. Staff made up a little bed for my daughter. Lush greenery and potted plants in the courtyard. Delicious tagine made by the staff. Couldn't ask for a more beautiful place. Delicious coffee and fresh juice.
Hot tub that was supposed to come with our room wasn't working. Was cold and flooded our whole terrace. Can't get coffee before 8:30 am, even when they tell you you can. Can't get dinner before 8 pm, which is hard when traveling with a little child. No staff around overnight or in the morning until breakfast hour, so no way to get anything if you need something. Breakfast is just bread in many forms. No cheese, yogurt, fruit, eggs etc.

Amina or Ali were always available for any question. The Riad is just wonderful and a great place to stay if you want to experience the Medina but still stay in a peaceful place. Happy to come again!

Everything was amazing! The place is so beautiful, it's the most gorgeous garden I've ever seen, the stuff was so kind and friendly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend! The only bad thing was that we came in early in March and we couldn't use the pool because it was not hot enough outside 😄

The inside garden makes you feel like in a jungle - a perfect and cosy place to have a rest after visiting the busy medina. There is even a possibility of getting a nice massage / SPA treatments in the riad. Tasty and varied Moroccan breakfast, kind and helpful staff. Recommend 100%!

Was a very lovely hotel with great staff who are so friendly and helpful with everything! The breakfast was also delicious and the hotel is very safe and secure.
The hotel isn't in a tourist area but this isn't something I particularly disliked as you can experience Morocco better and it is a 15 minute walk to the Medina

Really friendly and warm stuff. They booked for us pick up from the airport and were always there to help if we had any questions or requests. The riad is surrounded by greenery inside and is a pleasant oasis, especially when it's warm and sunny.
Good pick up point (5 minutes walk). For someone who want to experience a real Marrakesh holiday - it will be the perfect place.
I will focus on my subjective feelings (for someone maybe it’s not important at all). I missed a lot of daylight in the room, but I understand that this is the specificity of the Riad. The location was about 20 minutes to the main square (as it said in the description) but I didn't realize that walking through the noisy and crowded medina every day would be so overwhelming for us.

Very beautiful riad! Friendly, kind and caring staff. The location is great - walking distance from Jemaa el fna square (approx. 20min), but not on the main street, so it's much quieter. The meeting point Bab Aylan for most excursions is also very close (approx. 5 min). The directions to the riad are clearly visible from all the streets in the immediate area. Very comfortable bed and beautiful room decoration. A green oasis in the middle of Marrakech!

I liked the hospitality on arrival, services provided, amazing breakfast, approachable and kind staff, clean place, the cosiness, and the cats. The staffs were exceptionally good and appreciate chatting with the owner, Jonathan. It is at walkable distance from Jemaa el Fnna. If you are a fan of typical narrow streets with bustling crowd, Moroccan street food, restaurants, and souvenirs; it will be a treat for you.
In short, the stay was perfect.
Can't really think of one. Would have appreciated a larger wardrobe and washing machine. But we didn't care really. :)
