Go for the Aqualand - more 3 star than 4 but the Aqualand resort makes up for it.

The resort is dated but Aqualand Waterpark makes up for it, it is clean and staff ensure everyone is safe at all times. The resorts kids club is great and the staff are fantastic with the kids. The free buses to town and the beach are helpful and worth a trip out!

Hotel is dated, food is a little bland. Dinner time in the main restaurant is absolute carnage, we booked the wave restaurant 3 times and ate out 3 times meaning we only have to endure the main restaurant once - maybe the hotel could introduce hourly sittings as it’s just a free for all. The sky bar could do with being updated as well but the staff make up for it all with the kids mini disco.

Great (but only) for children

The Waterpark and wave pool are great for children, nice staff is nice and wellcoming. Bars and food all day. There are Tennis, basketball courts, Table tennis and gym, and you can get equipment

The food is OK and the rooms and facilities are basic and dated. Some are not free. TV didn't work, WiFi unstable. Beds near the pools always occupied (pre ordered for all day).

Cheap and you know why very quickly.

The waterpark is great. Having free access to that is pretty much the only positive.

Not sure how it has so many stars tbc - the food is so so... not that great and pretty limited. Drinks are awful!! The cocktails that are included are not cocktails. The Margarita was like drinking sherbet lemon. The Gin and tonic is like drinking white spirit - it was vile. Beer defo watered down. To have labelled/branded alcohol you have to pay more... anything from 6euro+. There are cups and icecream holders left everywhere around the pool area on the floor blowing around and there is an ABUNDANCE of wasps. Literally so many. You're surrounded wherever you sit outside. The kids entertainment hosted in the sky bar, as well as the other entertainment after is just so loud - really doesn't need to be that loud. We were unlucky to have a room near the front of which you then cannot sleep until gone 11 due to the noise. The room walls are so thin so you can literally hear the next rooms conversations. Beds were not comfortable at all and the bathroom is just so dated.

All you need as a family for a good price

Very family friendly resort with all you need for a fantastic vacation. Good food, super friendly staff and a cosy house with terrace. The Aqualand water slide park has lots of slides for the young and older generation - we had no waiting times when using the slides. We highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time.

The waterpark was amazing and the pools especially wave pool, loads to keep young kids entertained. The entertainment team were also amazing. The lifeguards are also really good and the whole complex feels completely safe.

The beds are rock hard, I couldn't sleep in the upstairs bed. The food could be a little better but always found something to eat.

The waterpark is fantastic, wave pool is great fun.

Food at breakfast wasn't great. Not much for vegetarians at dinner. Too much plastic waste. All drinks served in disposable plastic or non-recyclable cups.

Generally good for access to the water park but wouldn't want to stay for more than 1 night.

Location was good and being able to in and out of the water park was useful. We could use the wristbands for food even when we had checked out of the hotel. Wave pool and water park excellent. Staff were generally friendly.

The noise at night was too much. You could hear everything through the adjoining room. The food was not good quality (eg dead wasps in salad and cheap ingredients). Snack station service incredibly slow due to only 1 staff member.

What a deal for families!

A nice resort with wonderful pools, free access to a good water park and all-inclusive, was totally worth the money we paid. We stayed in 5 hotels during our trip, and if we were to return to one of them, it would be this one. Our kids loved it so much and would have wanted to stay much longer. Yeah the food wasn’t so high class, but for each meal everyone in our family found many things to eat and enjoy, also our picky child :)

The wifi was not good, but I read they are getting a better one next year. There was a small window in the bedroom and it had no curtain so the sunlight woke me up too early.

Nice pools but everything else a let down.

We enjoyed the wave pool, staff at pool bar and the animation team and kids mini disco. Everything else was poor.

The local from Corfu isn't great, it's 17 minutes from old town in the middle of nowhere. The experience at check in was pathetic - the man who checked us in said room wasn't ready and walked off. When we did check in he didn't give us resort info, kids club info, disco info, times for breakfast, didn't mention where our room was. The decor in main lounge bar left alot to be desired.. so old school and not one plant to liven the place up. The snack bar at pool - be prepared for the longest wait of your life. Never met a slower more inefficient set up in my life, every guest there said same thing. A 25 min que to get a toastie and small fries or even a scoop of ice cream! Beds nearly broke our backs, life planks. There has been no effort on the resort's part whatsoever for comfort levels. Bathrooms were fine but no proper storage or bedding. A 2/10 for the room comfort. Balconies were nice but no privacy with your neighbour. Food in restaurant - crazy busy, repetitive, few healthy options, staff doing their best but more like a boarding school canteen than holiday resort. Cocktails and drinks were also really really bad and tiny little plastic cups, felt like a child. The staff at bar were lovely but the whole layout around pool needs to be sprayed down and cleaned every night. The pool is a great size and baby pool was great for little ones but not cleaned and no one showered entering pool. I expected and hoped for ALOT more from this resort but it let us down. .

Very poor

The room is really small for families, lack of light, if we open the only window, it is so noisy and people could see us! The room wasn’t cleaned everyday, we didn’t have enough towels for shower, and it was impossible to have pool towels during our stay. The restrant look like school lunch room, very very Noisy, old decorated, only one coffe machine in the morning, the queue is si long! Staff are lovely and very helpful, in the restrant, they do their best to clean Up thé tables quickly. The aqualand is really good for kids, Nothing is included in fact, even if we had all inclusive option, you have to walk back to the hotel bar for your beer! Or buy it!
