The cleaning staff was very kind, location is good, breakfast nice

Bad management, didn't stay at room we pretended because so bad organisation, we didn't like how the manager treated the overall staff which was always so kind.

You should fix the problems before renting your rooms

Breakfast was good

Not enough towels 4 people and only had 3 towels requested 1 more and never got it. Shower head was broken.

Comfy hotel in the center of town

Nicely renovated period home, very clean and very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was decent with nice fresh bread, ham, cheese and spreads.

Very good value for money for a large family and central location. Nothing to fault.

Overall experience was ok but would not go back.

Breakfast was ok but no real juice. Room was clean and quiet. Location very central.

Restroom shower head holder was broken so it was hard to shower.Restroom was too small, no place to put clothes. Only toiletries were soap and gel. No hair dryer. No parking on site.

The place is perfect, nice peoples work on site. Te services at the restaurant given by Cecilia was amazing, she always was ready to prepare the plate I was wishing. The room was nice all in rock as meddle age

Bad service Booking. Room size doesn´t match the prize contracted

I just liked the professionalism of the staff.

I paid for a 25m2 and a used a room of 10m2. I made a complaint but was useless because the owner told me it was a mistake of the Booking company and i had to pay the difference to get a bigger room. I had a bad experience i never going to use again the booking to get a room.

Very well located in a quiet neighborhood.

Strange light switches behind the bed headboard, only one of the windows had shades.

Exceptional

This hôtel is very nice, cleaned, and cheaper. The staff is very excellent. We payed 49 euros for 1 night with breakfast. Thank you very much for your advices. Our motobike was parked in a parking not fast our hotel. We were Lucky because we have had a big thundestorm with hailstones.
