It is in a very quite location. Perfect

I travel through Bucaramanga quite a bit and usually stay there. When I found the Chill Out on Booking.com I decided to give it a try. WHAT A GEM. A great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport and a short ride from the bus stop. The staff was so helpful and kind. They arranged us a cab for 4:30 am and it was there on time. The Chill out is so clean, cute, and by very good restaurants. Chill Out Hotel Boutique will now be my go to place to stay on my travels.

There is nothing I didn’t like. PERFECT PLACE

Clean, Quiet alternative to busy Bucaramanga

Clean and homey. Lovely inside. Staff were lovely. Minimal street noise. AC worked well.

Temperature of the shower was a bit unstable.

Fabulous staff! A beautiful, friendly place to stay.

The most lovely women run this hotel!! Truly the kindest souls. So glad I chose this place to stay for a night. The room was huge and uniquely beautiful. Lovely courtyard cafe to relax in and meet folks. Good, good vibes, all around.

Chill out, a nice place in the heart of Girón to…indeed chill out😉. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that serves the best fresh fruit juices. Delicious Italian food, while eating you forget for a moment being in Colombia and enjoy yourself eating in Italy! Cosy colonial architecture, spending the night there feels like being thrown back in time. Spacious rooms with airconditioning.

lovely, too short

huge bed, comfortable sheets, ceiling fan, beautiful timber and general ambiance, friendly staff, kitchen on staff should you want a meal, hot shower. booked the cheapest room on booking.com which was bigger than we needed so hosts moved us to a more suitable room for same price. hosts organised taxi for airport for early next morning

bathroom was a little small but perfectly manageable.

We booked a nice looking room, they gave us a windowless and tiny room instead

This place is really deceptive. We’re a family of four and booked the “family suite.” It’s supposed to have four beds and a view. When we arrived, we were shown a tiny room with two beds and two tiny slits in the wall that we can’t see out. Realistically, we are in a windowless room. It’s too small for us. When the woman here called the owner, she yelled at my wife on the phone and said that the family suite is only for six people. She told us two beds are fine for us because we only have four people. I wish I could put up a screenshot of our reservation. We made it two months ago. The hotel had more than enough time to tell us we couldn’t have the room we booked. Our booking has the specific room on it. The woman here wouldn’t look at the printout we tried to show us. This would all be better if: 1: the room we have to stay in wasn’t so depressingly tiny, airless (we can’t reach the windows, much less open them), and dark. It’s really sad. I put pictures of the two “windows” in the review. 2: they had acknowledged in some way that they just gave the room to someone else, even though we had a long-standing reservation. They could’ve said “sorry, there’s been a mistake.” Instead, they yelled at us (and I mean that) that the room was only for “big groups,” which, after my wife pointed out that there were four of us, became “the room is only for six people.” This isn’t something I’m aware of as a longtime user of Booking.com. 3: if reserving the room for four people instead of six was really a reason to give us a lesser room, they had two months to tell us this. We specified how many people and their ages when we made the booking. They could have said something at any point before we checked in, got shown a different room than what we agreed upon, tried to get it rectified, got handed a phone with the angry owner on the other end and produced the printed copy of our reservation.

Great place to stay in Giron

Service was great, restaurant on site and very spacious room.

The mattress is soft in the middle and needs rotation or replacement, we didn't have a good night and woke up both with neck or back pain.

Extremely comfortable stay

The hotel is really pretty and centrally located. It is small but cozy and the atmosphere is really pleasant. The people are wonderful and take care of all the guests' needs. The chef is from Italy and he proudly cooks Italian food for guests. The room was spacious and the bed very large and ultra comfortable. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen but had everything needed, including the best towels we found anywhere in Colombia. We really enjoyed our stay here.
