Fantastic location and great host.

Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful host. You can hire paddle boards and bikes from the property very cheaply. Can easily walk to Kotor old town which is definitely worth the visit.

A couple of the log hut s didn’t work very well but we were only there one night so didn’t mention it to the host and it didn’t make a difference to the enjoyment of our stay.

Funny stay in a wonderful environment

We spent only one night in Apartments Ivanisevic as a stop of our Balkan-trip by motorbike. The location is extremely super, directly on the coast of the sea. The athmosphere of the building is fabulous, the garden is wonderful. We are very grateful for the safe parking lot for the motorbike. The hospitality of the owner, Srdjan is exemplary, we laughed a lot together, he is really funny and communicative. Room was clean, comfortable, and we had air conditioner. We had got a lot of information about the town, which is not too far from the apartment. I am sure we will return here next time, thank you!

Srdjan iş really good and professional host. Property is second line to the sea and has sea view. He made ready coke, mineral water and some chocolates for us. You can find everthing in the kitchen for cooking. He helped us for parking even after check out.

Dog in the garden will be scared for kids.

Perfect location! Wonderful apartment! Amazing host! The apartment is directly at the sea, best spot to enter the water around Kotor! Apartment has Amazing views and balcony, everything you need + kittens :D and the host went out of his way to help us and make sure everything was perfect for us, couldn't ask for more so thank you!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Serjan is a great, warm hearted host and provided us with lots of information about the area, restaurants and things to do. What we loved the most about the apartment: - the host - the terrace - seaview + stunning mountain view from the terrace - beach right in front of the apartment - beachbar only 2 minutes away - 20 minutes walking along the promenade to reach the old town We would definitely come back here!

Proper cutains to darken up the living room would be great.

Location. It had its own private beach and private parking at no extra cost. Hosts Valentin and Snezana were amazing and very attentive. Quick 15 minute walk to walled Old Town Kotor. Lots of restaurants and bars in between. Had our own little patio area where we would sit and drink wine in the early evening. I love this place and would highly recommend this property.

Hated leaving! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect location !!

The location is perfect. You step out of the door and have the water in front! It’s only a 15min walk to Kotor. Therefore you stay in a calm area and have a good sleep. Srdjan (the owner) has a lot of amazing tips for restaurants and activities. The kitchen is very well equipped and the washing machine works well. Moreover you have terrace for breakfast or dinner. We would definitely come again :-)

Apartment was clean. Close to the beach. The host was waiting on arrival to give us the keys and arranged the city tax payment for us the next day. Close to the supermarket with all needed articles. Within walking distance to Kotor old town.

On some days the water in the bay was not very clean. The nearby beaches are quite small and are stone or pier beaches.
