The apartment was comfortable, newly furnished and very clean. Salvatore is a lovely person! We loved “IL GRECO” local deli shop - was just around the corner and perfect to buy food for breakfast or a snack. Licata has also very good wine producers,we tried Lumina and it fit well with the local cheese and olives.

Fabulous, very friendly host who made sure everything was ok for us. Great apartment, all very modern, clean and comfortable and in a very quiet neighbourhood. A/C worked very well and there is a lift in the property for when moving luggage.
It's on a hill but close enough for us to walk into town easily.

The host was really helpful and friendly, always on hand to answer any questions and checked in to make sure there was nothing we needed. The room was lovely and modern, nice and big with a fully equipped kitchenette and new appliances. The air con was really welcome given we stayed in July. The studio was spotless and had a nice big comfy bed. Nice balcony area with huge sliding doors with a great view over the town/sea. We also really appreciated use of the washing machine and the drying area on the balcony.
Nothing, the room was really great. It’s about 15-20 minute walk into the old town area but there are some cafes/shops and restaurants closer than that. To get to the beaches it would be better to have a car.

Great and spacious room with a balcony with a view.
The host gave an excellent service. He even brought me to places and picked me up, for free:)

The area where the apartment is located is in a quiet residential area, which I think was nice because there isn't any noise from the streets at night (although the town is a relatively quiet one anyway). It's worth mentioning that it's located in an elevated area of the city, so one has to walk up some stairs / walk uphill when you walk there from the city center.
Unfortunately there was a bit of an unpleasant smell that I think was coming from the sewage/bathroom - I dont think it had to do with the apartment, but with the sewage system of the area. On some days I noticed also a strong smell from the sewers in the streets in that area. I'm not sure if there's anything the host could do about it, but to be fair I think it's worth mentioning. However, it was only in the bathroom and from there went to the living room, but I didnt notice it at all in the bedroom. (and the bathroom door can be closed, so that helps too) - Other than that, it was a very nice apartment for this price, and the host was very helpful!
