Comfortable beds,.quiet location, blackout blinds, good location
On-site parking is expensive. It's a lot cheaper to park on the street.

It was clean, conveniently located and comfortable. There was an issue with our original room but staff had already come up with a solution prior to our arrival and was able to put us in a comparable room just down the street and that location had an elevator - kinda lucked out there with not having to drag our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Appreciate the available fix and the hospitality. The staff were lovely, helpful and very welcoming. Also loved how close it was to Diocletian's Palace and all that area offers.

Great location, clean comfortable accommodation
Small bits like no kettle and tea in some rooms

It was a central location, but very quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast, the room was great for 3 people and the staff at the front desk were really helpful
5.0
perfect central location, easy walking to everywhere. The hotel looks small from the front, but is a modern oasis and is really nicely done with a gorgeous courtyard.

Good location
Friendliness of the staff
Poor breakfast
Super loud and noisy, could hear all the other guests and partying nearby...
Not that clean...

Central position with exceptionally helpful staff and an excellent breakfast
Our rooms overlooked a busy street, rather noisy at night with revellers walking by -
This our only complaint!

the place was amazing, it was close to the town and the room was so cozy and comfortable

no free parking, and private parking was just a fortune. that’s no way to run a business

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious.
Access to the hotel was an issue with the car.

The breakfast was awesome!!! Traditional continental breakfast fare w/ staff offering fresh eggs and coffee - totally worth a little extra. The staff were helpful and very, very kind. The room was large, clean, well-decorated and very affordable. We were just down the street from an awesome bar (Bar Sistema, highly recommend) and a couple minute walk from diocletian’s palace!
I have no complaints.

The location was excellent, short walk from the palace and the centre of split. The room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean and newly renovated. The staff were helpful and friendly. As I was travelling on my own I felt safe and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
They don’t provide shampoo and conditioner

The room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and linens. Location worked perfectly for us - close to everything. We had a very short, one night stay in Split and were happy with booking Azur Palace Rooms.
4.5
The rooms are modern and clean with a lot of space
a bar would be a good addition

The property was very close to the walled city and some fabulous restaurants.
It is a modern property retrofitted into an old ‘pile of rocks’. Great use of space.
There were some engineering issues with the flooring in the shower and bathroom. The bathroom floor, and even the bedroom floor was very wet no matter how carefully one used the shower. The shower floor was higher than the rest of the bathroom floor and the lip in the tile was not high enough to hold water in. It was obvious from the swelling in the bathroom door that this was an ongoing issue. Our friend’s room did not have the same problem.

We loved Azure Palace luxury rooms. The decor is very nice, rooms very clean and the AC was a nice addition to the stay. They were very accommodating and were able to change up a room request. The staff are courteous and kind. The courtyards are lovely. The location is exceptional and they have parking which is beyond helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! A gem in Split!!

Hotel staff was extremely professional and ready to help with everything. They really made all they could for the customer. They made extra effort to make breakfast ready for our family earlier than they usually do as we had an early flight and we had paid for the breakfast. Room was a family room for 4 persons and I really liked it. Even if it was not that spacious, the extra floor made it very practical and convenient. And just to say, room very clean. A little garden in the middle of the hotel was really nice: it was so nice to sit there in the shadows in a hot and sunny day. Thanks a lot - we really enjoyed our time in Split and your hotel.
It was a bit difficult first to find the hotel as there is only one little door that you need to find and in the old city of Split the old buildings are quite complex. But all good as soon as we found the right door.

Location is good, its few minutes walking distance to the center of all the activities, and restaurants and other things we needed to go. we paid for breakfast one day, but the quality of food was not good, there was not much we could choose,
We started having breakfast outside the hotel. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. It is not a new modern hotel.
But it was good for the price.
I did not like the breakfast and also nobody was in front desk after 6 or 7 pm.

- Location
- breakfast was good
- Pillows were too hard
- toilet doesn’t have a key which sucks in a two bed arrangement since you are not alone in the room
- parking location was hard to get to
- parking was not free. Had to pay 20€ per day, which we didn’t know prior to arriving. That is too much for visiting Split out of season as there are cheaper or even free parking locations not too far away

This place was beyond my expectations! It is placed in the center of the city, you are close to the restaurants, old center, to the palace, Riva etc. The room was big and very beautiful. The staff is very friendly. I have to say that there was a guy at the reception named Ante and he was very kind and always smilling, he helped us with all of our problems and questions. Me and my friends left the hotel very satisfied. Everything was beyond my expectations!
Everything was perfect

This hotel is a little gem in the city of Split, perfect location in the old city, SUPER friendly staff, very releaxed atmosphere and very clean and comfortable rooms. It was very silent and the breakfast patio is a good place to start your morning, nice breakfast and good coffee!

Modern refurbishment of an old warehouse, light, perfect amount of space, courtyard, quiet room, just two floors so only one flight of stairs, good bed and very central location. The central bus HNK stop is literally 200 m away. Yet it’s very quiet, as it’s in a tiny side road. Super friendly and helpful front desk- Yvan, thanks!
No breakfast served at all- apparently due to Covid regulations for restaurants being too strict and hence service not offered. But as the property is so close to cafes and bakeries it wasn’t missed that much.
