Second good stay at property, handy for europapark and local area

Staff friendly, restaurant underneath very good. Great location. Very clean on entry. Air conditioning and balcony big help in hotter temperatures over the stay.

Bathroom a little small but ok for short break.

Accueil chaleureux, belle chambre, bon déjeuner.

Rien si ce n'est les capsules de café qui manquaient à côté de la machine à café dans la chambre et la partie congélateur du frigo qui ne congelait pas.

Très bon accueil même "hors saison"

Localisation au top pour accéder à EuropaPark à pied (moins de 10 minutes de marche !) et à proximité de plusieurs restaurants-pizzerias ainsi que d'une boulangerie. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Personnel très aimable et facile à contacter (nous a envoyé un message via Booking + un appel téléphonique pour gérer notre arrivée en cette période calme)

La qualité du matelas : très épais mais beaucoup trop mou et affaissé (mériterait un remplacement !).

Fantastic!

Clean and big room, people working there were also very very nice. Very close to the Europa Park. Nothing to complain. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Europa Park

I wish there was barrier free entrance. My friend was with wheel chair so it was not so easy but people helped us so everything was fine.

Les stores cassés, un peu frais après une journée dehors (on nous a prêté un chauffage d’appoint).

wife connection was not working in our room beds was not comfortable at all if you have children they can’t sleep on that bed because it’s so noisy there is lots of noise from outside from air condition er ,so you can’t sleep during night

Excellent hotel and restaurant, perfect location for visiting Europa Park

Clean, well equipped room. Perfect location for restaurants and the main attraction of Europa Park is only a 5 minute walk away. Would stay here again.

A/C only went down to 18C which was still a little warm for me.

amazing and would highly recommend

Friendly staff, good food, comfortable beds, great price for the value, short walk from Europapark. I will be staying here again when we visit the park again. The entire stay was amazing and we could leave our car parked there while we were at the park.

Close to the parc, mostly friendly people. Good quality/price.

Close to the Europapark entrance, about 5 minutes walk. We asked for an additional night, which we got with a big discount. The room was clean, everything provided for. A big balcony as well, but this seems only the case with room number 1. Don't hesitate to ask for it, bear in mind that the room really is 1 room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Breakfast provided, and payable on site, is sufficient.

We had a room at the first floor, right above the kitchen. Until 22h00, there was a lot of noise, also from people walking through the hallways. They provide a coffee machine, the only coffee pads were without caffeine. We didn't ask for others, maybe the reception can provide. The reception is in the restaurant, no dedicated reception, and therefore only open as of 17h00, don't bother to come early.

Great location for Europa Park

The staff were friendly and super helpful, Thank you! The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. The restaurant was enjoyable, the menu had a good selection and was child friendly. We can highly recommend the Calzone. Free parking. The location was great for Europa Park, an easy 10minute walk if that.

Breakfast could have been better (we watched them unpack the food from Lidl bags) but there was plenty of choice and it filled us until lunch. We couldn't get the soap to come out of the dispenser in the shower, but that may have been our lack of skills? The clothes rail was missing a wheel and kept collapsing, nothing major, we could still put a few clothes on it. A door mat at the entrance would be useful, it was raining when we arrived.

Very conveniently localted 5 minutes away from europapark. Room is spacey, very clean, all in all a nice stay, the restaurant downstairs offers a convenient location to have dinner after a day at the park
