me gustò la cortesìa de que hubiera cafè disponible y la sala de estar era muy agradable.

The Cadillac Rock Beach Hotel is Terrible!

There was nothing to like about the Cadillac Rock Beach hotel except for the location from the beach and the staff.

1. Dirty 2. Old and uncomfortable furniture. 3. Holes in the bed sheets 4. Very hard and dingy towels that I wouldn’t even wash my car with. 5. A Water bug which decided to climb up on the bed and touch my head at 5 in the morning! 6. Broken keys pad on the safe which you can only use with a key to open.

On the main road so close to the beach..but very loud

Constant traffic noise and guests sat on the patio late playing loud music. Shower barely worked and the sink didnt work at all. It wasnt clean, trash still in the room and razor left in the shower. I would not stay again,overpriced for motel 6 type rooms..spend another $20 and get a decent room.

Disappointing

You got a fridge in your room offering the posibilty to store your beverages or food.

I had to change my room 3 times and except for 1 room all rooms had stains on the sheets, hair on the pillow etc. It did not seem like the bedding gets changed after every visitor

Don’t even think to stay

Nothing to like except close to beach

Bathroom was worst. No hot water, no shampoo and no soaps. Towels are just like big napkins and dirty. Shower place was very dirty. I have never seen this type of hotel.

Rooms weren't ventilated, shower pressure very low, bathroom stank, room key failed to work several times, after a certain time (maybe 2am) you are locked in or out (the security door is key locked by staff) and is a fire hazzard, the mattress had a waterproof sheet and was very uncomfortable.

first the lady was very nice helped me a lot with all I need it that day good location close to super markets restaurants, room very big has everything very clean

there is a motion sensor in the entrance and the sound did woke me up several times at night

The location is excellent close to the bus station in jaco plaza jaco. approximate 10 minute walk . Hotel is its own style and theme. The place has a bar next door. that plays music all night. Its friendly staff helpful

good for a quik stay away from the main hustle and night bustle. Little dated on the decor and accomodations. Could stand to be a llittle more sanitary.

The location is great to find good eating options without driving, and they offer free coffee in the morning. The room size is big.

The parking is not enough for the amount of rooms. The beds are very very old and uncomfortable and since it is front of the Main Street, it is loud at nights. No security and the main door is open all day/night

Good place to stay

The location is excellent, while its not on the beach, its easy 2 block walk. They did my laundry free of charge. Morning coffee!

I wish they had an outside foot wash for coming off the beach. Does get noisy at night until 11 pm.

Would stay again

Check in was easy and friendly. Staff were always available for you when needed. The location was perfect, right near the beach and around everything you would need. Little park right next door, 24 hour market across the street.

Garbage was left in the bathroom from previous guests.

It served it's purpose fine, but not great for a romantic get-away.

For such a simple hotel, it was nice that they had a pleasant outdoor place to bring our food, a communal microwave we could use when needed.

My girlfriend thought it was too run down, uncomfortable and not the level of esthetics she usually prefers.
