Przyjemny, elegancki i wygodny hotel.

Pokoje zdecydowanie na plus: wygodne, duże, doświetlone i bardzo dobrze wyciszone. Hotel jest dosłownie obok dworca kolejowego, ale z zewnątrz nie dochodziły żadne hałasy. Wystrój bardzo przyjemny, czysto, obsługa miła i pomocna. Recepcja nie jest całodobowa i hotel po 23 jest zamykany. Goście mogą korzystać z głównego wejścia przy użycia klucza do pokoju (karty). Dobra lokalizacja, przy dworcu i blisko zabytkowego centrum.

Parking przy hotelu jest mały i ciasny. Nie jest to wielki problem, ponieważ obok są miejsca parkingowe przy ulicy oraz na parkingu dworca i podczas mojego pobytu nie miałem problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca postojowego.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für Besuch einer tollen Kleinstadt

Sehr gute Lage gerade am Bahnhof, Fussdistanz zur Altstadt. Ruhig. Gepflegt. Parkplätze zum Hotel. Sehr ansprechendes Hotel.

Keine Bar und keine Getränke erhältlich. Am Abend hat es auch keine Alternativen um das Hotel (ausser Tankstelle).

Dobry standard i warunki do pracy.

Wygodny materac, pachnąca pościel, bardzo cicho i ciepło, super warunki do pracy Bardzo miły , pomocny personel, fajny standard i smaczne śniadanie . Super pomysł z herbatą zimową na śniadanie zwłaszcza w takiej porze.

Wish they had 2 double bed rooms or at least rooms next to each other for a family of 2 adults and two kids. We had to separate one adult with a child in separate rooms on opposites end of the hall.

The comfort of sleep just isn't there. I complained about most of the things listed below many times during my previous stays and most are really easy to fix, but the owners are clearly detached from reality of what makes a good night's sleep. I was planning to stay for 3 nights, checked out after one as I couldn't bother with this nonsense anymore. I moved to another hotel nearby where none of this was a problem. - The bed sheets are too small for the bed and start peeling off after just 30mins in bed and start rolling up under your body. Very uncomfortable. - Curtains don't block the light - room is fully bright from 6am - Crazy massive pillows to give you guaranteed neck pain - Paper thin walls - you can hear everything your neighbours do

The best hotel in Tarnów with a few small things needing improvement.

Clean and quite specious rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Next to the train station but quiet. I stayed in a few hotels in Tarnów, this one is the best so far.

Air conditioning was very noisy. When I arrived it was very cold in the room.

Comfy nice room, all clean, quiet and nice location, kind, friendly and polite personnel, super tasty breakfast, electric kettel, tea and coffee together with other accessories available in the room And ready for use, nice price. Always recomended!

Decent, but continually failing at the basics of providing the right sleep comfort

I'm a frequent customer as despite everything below, this is still the most decent hotel in Tarnów. I raised the feedback points below many times over the years. Many of them are painfully easy to resolve but over the years, were not. Most of my complaints are about the comfort of sleep - as a fussy sleeper I just don't ever get a good rest at GAL. - The pillows are massive, uncomfortable and just don't work with a body of an average human being. Please can you read about ergonomy and about what kind of support a human spine needs during sleep. I shouldn't need to be bringing my own pillow to a hotel to be able to sleep comfortably (which I unfortunately do now). Apart from that, the sheets are just too small and roll under my body after a few hours in bed. Solution: Add standard pillows as an option either in the room or to be picked up from the reception and get fitted sheets so they stay in place overnight. - The curtains have insufficient light blocking levels for the location of the hotel opposite of a well-lit train station resulting in the room being way too bright at night and also early in the morning. I really shouldn't be seeing the "TARNOW" sign on the station from my bed through the curtains. - You advertise two single, joined up beds as a single large bed. This is a work of fiction as even when you join up the frames perfectly, there's a 5cm gap between the mattresses which means you can't sleep in the middle - so you still have two small beds, not a single big one. Please stop misleading people with incorrect room descriptions. - The fitness centre with 3 cardio machines and not a single dumbbell? You could make it so much more useful getting a basic set of dumbbells at a negligible investment of a few hundred złoty.

Location, breakfast and hotel in general are excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The room was cold. Even with heating on, it was constantly fresh and cold.

Gem of a hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel, top class and recently refurbished to a very high standard keeping period features. Bedroom a great size with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of choice for breakfast and very helpful reception staff. A minute walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the old town.

Currently no bar or restaurant but this is work in progress to open shortly.

A beautiful place to stay, highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location right next to the station, but not far from the Old Town. A really spacious apartament with everything you need- kitchenette with fridge, kettle, microwave, plates, glasses, cuttlery etc. Nice balcony overlooking the historical train station and a park. Kids friendly- a nice corner with toys, blackboard, books etc- our daughter loved it :) Saunas were great! Very good breakfast- amazing choice of food!!! Last but not least, the hotel is in a beautiful building, lovely decors that make your stay memorable !

Balcony definitely needed some cleaning. Also, it would be convenient to get two door key cards- when one person uses the sauna ( which requires a door key card), the other one is left with no electricity in the room :( There was no soap or towels in the bathroom next to the breakfast room for 2 days.
