Romantic town hotel

Beautiful and romantic hotel. Rooms are old stylish, but very clean, bathroom is lately renovated and new. Price versus hotel quality is great. Service is personal and great. Breakfast was amazing, especially if you love home made cakes. Variety of cakes is amazing. Hotel is directly in the city center surrounded by great shops and restaurants.

Small tv in the room, a bit loud ac.

Dolce soggiorno a Pietrasanta, ideale per chi vuole partecipare al Carnevale di Viareggio

La colazione era molto abbondante e e varia. Il servizio è stato adeguato. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Parcheggio privato a 100 metri. Posizione ottima di fronte la piazza principale con vari locali dove poter mangiare. Camere nuove, pulite e calde con ampia doccia. Permettono di lasciare l'auto e il deposito bagagli anche dopo il check out per poter visitare Pietrasanta in tutta tranquillità. A 20 minuti da Viareggio per partecipare al Carnevale

I would return 😃

Perfect location just a few mins walk from train station. All staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Quiet beautiful town with fantastic sculptures and lovely restaurants. Bathroom stylish and well equipped. Chilled out and relaxing. Great roof terrace and outside courtyard for breakfast.

Always a pleyo stay at Hotel Palagi.

Locatio Location as they say. So important and we’ve always said one reason wr love Palagi is the location.

AC was not in when arrived . Did turn on shortly after but not working too well. Safe deposit box too complicated.

A very nice hotel in a small town in Italy.

Friendly staff, spoke much better English than I spoke Italian. Helpful finding a laundry and a place to eat for the evening. Good breakfast. This has NOTHING to do with the hotel...but there were some 'interesting' statues - I think they are installed temporarily - directly outside the hotel, and toward the plaza where restaurants were. Eyeballs, get back in my head!

Finding a place to eat before 7pm is ... not easy. Italy is simply on a different schedule than my stomach.

OK but with some easy-to-fix hiccups

The location is good in a small village about 10 minutes drive from the beach. In the evenings just across the plaza in front of the hotel and through the archway one will unexpectedly discover alleys full of live with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel has private parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The double room we were given though very clean was very sterile and clinical. A real lack of feeling to its decor. The hotel did cater to our request for an extra bed but the bed provided was the flimsiest we have ever seen and had in our worldwide travels. It was a poor service for the extra euro 20 a night charge asked for. Especially being charged when the first extra bed collapsed/broke during the night. The replacement not being much better. Apologizes were aplenty but still felt the extra bed service far below parr. The breakfast offering is typical Italian with a lot of sweet stuff. Not the typical continental buffet.

Spectacular

Best breakfast I had in long time in any hotel. Many delicious fresh baked cakes, tasteful fruit and variety. The staff can’t be more efficient and helpful and nice able to help above expectations.
