Alles Bestens

Wie schon so oft, haben wir uns auch diesmal wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, das freundliche Personal und die gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist gerade mit Kind sehr praktisch, da direkt dahinter Grünanlagen und Spielplätze sind. Für den alltäglichen Bedarf einfach alles in Laufnähe. Herzlichen Dank und gerne wieder.

From outside the building does not look nice but inside the apartments are modern and well preserved.

Good choice for families in affordable price

Two rooms connected to each other through an internal dool, ideal for families. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean! Automated check in.

my stay was amazing I would definitely recommend and come back here again for some holidays

I like the style of the rooms so much it’s really nice for the price

I only had a problem with the hot water..the hot worker doesn’t work in the morning..it only works from 11 to 12am

Good value for money

The hotel is located about 25-30 min drive to the city center. It is a bit far but the good price matters. We were on weekend and it wasn't a problem to park our car on the street. The apartment was clean but it has an odd smell. The kitchen and bathroom are quite spacious. Kitchen is good equipped. The fridge is under the countertop and it's small. For us it was enough. We stayed there for 3 nights and they provided us extra towels on the 2nd day. The check-in is super nice! (could be hard to figure our for older people). There are two supermarkets downstairs, very convenient. A warm floor in the apartment.

— Tap water is odd. It isn't a hotel's problem, I think it is just water in Munich. But I poured out my filter coffee because I couldn't drink it. — The low-quality plastic kettle makes bad water even worse. We boiled water in a pot instead. — Towels smell odd, may be because of the water. Also there isn't a towel dryer in the bathroom (but there is a warm floor) — They do collect garbage daily but I do prefer to take it out only as needed. There also wasn't any door sign for 'don't disturb' or 'don't collect my garbage' :) — A frying pan needs replacement. Everything sticks on it — No salt, peper and oil :( does everyone buy 1 liter of oil for a short stay to fry an egg in the morning? — No bowls at all to make an oatmeal in the morning, cups are extremely small for that — only small cups, not big cups

Clean apartments in an ideal location!

Lovely, clean apartments; perfectly located for visiting the centre of Munich via public transport! Check-in via the machine was easy, and we were called the morning of our arrival to check we had received the information in order to check-in. Inside the room, all the information we needed was there, however reception was open during the day in case we needed anything else. It was great for us to have the kitchenettes in our rooms, as we chose to have breakfast in the rooms each morning (made even easier by the well-equipped supermarket downstairs!), the fridge was an especially welcome amenity. It's great for transport links - we walked to the u-bahn each morning (around 10 minutes) and then it was an easy journey to Oktoberfest and the city centre. The apartments were easy to find, even though we arrived in the dark, and the parking is secure and convenient. Along the street, as well as the supermarket, there are two fuel stations with shops and a Burger King next door which is open until late. We had a balcony in one of our rooms, which was a lovely addition. Unfortunately, the weather meant we couldn't enjoy it so much!

I would 100% definitely stay here again next time I visit Munich - it was perfect for what we needed! However, if you are hoping to spend a lot of time in the apartment, there are two things I would say would make it more comfortable: an armchair would be nice to relax in the evenings - all we had was the bed or a kitchen-style chair. The other is that there is no oven or toaster in the kitchenette, only a microwave and induction hob, so you can cook some basic things but not really a full meal that requires an oven. However, if you can live without either of those things, I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Munich. Hopefully I will be back soon!

Relaxing and enjoyable, didn’t want to leave

Super modern apartment, everything is thought about and makes life enjoyable and easy. Comfort and convenience are what you get. Staff are delightful especially Kassim who even called to see if my public transport journey from the airport was going ok.
