Cena e colazione compensano i dettagli da migliorare

La camera che ci hanno assegnato è stata spaziosa e luminosa. Il bagno un pò angusto, con il doccino rotto, poco luminoso ed essenziale negli arredi. Onestamente dalle foto immaginvao qualcosa di meglio ma comunque siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La colazione molto ricca e soprattutto con prodotti di qualità. Forse avrei preferito qualcosa di dolce in più ma mi rendo conto che l'eccezione sono io perchè da italiana faccio colazione solo con cibi dolci. Abbiamo anche cenato e la qualità dei prodotti ci è sembrata ottima. Alla reception la ragazza parla un ottimo inglese. La posizione è molto buona.

Il ristorante p davvero molto bello, mentre l'hotel mi ha deluso un pò nella scelta degli arredi e soprattutto nel bagno. Comunue noi siamo stati solamente una notte quindi comunque tutto ok

Kellnerin nicht wirklich freundlich, die Heizung hat die ganze Nacht Geräusche gemacht. Abendessen waren kalte und weiche Pommes dabei. Wurst beim Frühstück zu dick geschnitten. Das Süße beim Frühstück wurde zu spät gebracht da waren wir schon fertig.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war ansprechend, das Frühstück umfangreich und die Lage mit Blick auf die Berge war schön. Die Küche am Abend war ausgezeichnet.

Die Zimmerpflege hätte besser sein können.

Disappointing... Definitely few better alternatives nearby

Location proximity to Durmitor National Park but when we arrived we saw a lot of other places within 2-3min distance so there are alternatives which we will use next time. Free parking. Good food at acceptable prices at restaurant. (also few restaurants within 2-3min drive)

We payed for Deluxe twin room but we were given standard triple room. Since hotel is outdated we have chosen "best" room we can and after telling it to manager it was clear he knew he was giving us wrong room with explanation that we got bigger room with 3 beds (it could have 10 beds for what we care since we were only 2 people sleeping in it). We were tired to argue and since it was only one night we decided to stay... Hotel and rooms are outdated by 20 years, bed linen and towels were fresh and clean but room in general was not, especially bathroom. During night it gets colder and heating is not working, there is central heating but not working, all the pipes were stone cold and no air conditioning to help us warm the rrom especially bathroom which was cold and uncomfortable to take shower in. Bathroom facilities are oudated and in desperate need for replacing. WiFi signal is horrible! Breakfast is just OK, nothing more than that and not everything is served at same time despite it is a buffet table, coffee is not good. Breakfast should have more choices. Only good thing was two people serving breakfast, polite and professional. Restaurant is OK with normal prices but waitress was uninterested and despite ordering appetizers first they were served at same time with main course. Despite few options on menu for desert only pancakes were available and they were served cold... Overall, we were there this time and never again. Value for the money 5/10 Cleanliness 5/10 Location 9/10 Breakfast 7/10 Staff 5/10

Not a place where I felt welcomed and cared for.

Nothing - Very motel like - didn't feel welcomed.

Honestly, this is my first negative review on Booking (a frequent, long time booking.com customer). As a solo traveller (female, solo, woman of color - i'm not sure which factored played here), I DID NOT feel welcomed at all. Reasons: • The staff is not polite at all. At the restaurant, I felt no one really cared to wait and explain the doubts I had in the menu. I had to wave multiple times to be the last one to be answered and the waitress seemed to be in a rush to explain any thing valuable. PLEASE PUT A SMILE ON YOUR PLACE AND MAKE PEOPLE FEEL WELCOMED AND CARED FOR. I then went to a restaurant across the road (Hotel PAVLOVIĆ), the waiter was so polite, really cared about the experience I had. All my guides, taxi drivers, people in other restaurants I ate at were so nice and helpful, except for this place. • Check-in and check-out experience was also similar. No one seemed to care about whether everything was ok and I had what I needed. • I stayed for 3 nights - not a single day was the room cleaned. Toiletries was only given for 1 day. • Cleanliness is ok. The toilet has a drain near the pot with an easily removable lid - what's under it, is absolutely disgusting. I honestly regret staying here as I deserve to be treated nicely. I could have spent my euros at another place.

Food was good

It is located next to the main road and bars/restaurants. Noise was terrible and I was unable to sleep until about 1am. Noise was created by drunken guests in the bars nearby as well as industrial machinery/trucks or busses. No air-conditioning

The lady at the reception was very helpful and doing her best to help us to fix the issue.

All went wrong from the beginning. Firstly we got the wrong room. Double one instead of the triple and the manager tried to convince us it’s better, newer and cheaper. Towels were missing, no A/c in the room. The room was smelly, I could hear all the noise from the busy street and neighbors. Unfortunately the breakfast was far from tasty. I do appreciate I got 10% discount for the wrong room. When paying by card, the terminal was not working. We had to pay cash. Unfortunately ladies at the reception had to call the manager who was not present for every single small issue.

The hotel is nice, but room 209 isn't recommended. My friend and I could hear that noise the whole night.

Friendly personnel, clean rooms, good internet.

I slept in a room with a separate roof; the whole night, something knocked on the top or made a noise, and I couldn't sleep. No veggies for the breakfast.

Worthwhile stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Ethnic details, delicious and plentiful food, the stuff friendliness make you feel at home. Room is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Durmitor. In national restaurant we tried some of national dishes, and we were very delighted, so we didn't have to go anywhere else in search of food. Also, it is close to city center (2mins by car). Highly reccomend.

Overpriced. Does not worth it

Mountain views from the window.

Too expensive for what you get. The heating in the bathroom did not work. The bed sheets were small, like for the kids. Only one towel in the room. The breakfast very basic. Eggs, cheese, ham, tomatoes, coffee.
