Kauppa lähellä ja parkkihalli kulman takana. ok siisti.

Mahdotonta nukkua alhaalta juottolasta kuuluvan metelin takia. Rappukäytävässä leijaili voimakas röökin tuoksu joka hiipi asuntoon oven raoista. täällä ei ainakaan levättyä saa, jos ei korvatulppia ja kuulosuojaimia virittele jokaiselle päähän. Sopii bilettävälle juhlajoukkiolle mutta ei lapsiperheille.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful city, I would recommend booking

This property was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed. The location is excellent, right in the middle of bars and restaurants, shopping center a few minutes walk away, 24 hour shop beside it and bus for the airport and Santa’s village only a five minute walk away. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would’nt hesitate to book it again if we return to Rovaniemi.

Everything was super Out first trip to Rovaniemi & this apartment was perfect & very central walking distance to shops bars restaurant ect we will be back & will definitely stay here Thanks you

The place is very complete. The kitchen had everything for us to cook, and it has a supermarket almost at the side of the apartment. Also, the location is very central, it is easy to access and it is close to shops, restaurants, bars and almost all the travel agencies.

It is a little bit noisy since there is club in the ground floor. We found a pan with used oil in the oven, I think they forgot to clean that part (but the rest was fine).

room had strong cigarette smell, kitchen did not even have basic stuff like coffee or teabags, bathroom had no soap.

Neat and comfortable place city centre

Location was good and room was comfortable. Easy to find.

Downstairs bar noise disturbed the peace of the room.

Wonderful cozy stay at the center of Rovaniemi

I loved the location of the apartment, the kitchen facilities, the comfy bed and sofa.

The apartment was cold-I wish it had heating, more cleaning supplies(mop, dust pan and rags). It was a bit weird to collect the keys from a bar. It would've been better if there was a sign on the bar indicating that this is the place to collect keys for the Santa Holiday apartments.

Exceptional

The property near shops and restaurants. Also near the Ice Hotel for us to board Bus express to Santa Clause Village which is our main activity in Rovaniemi. The sofa was comfortable, hot shower working, love the wide window for us to catch aurora from the apartment. Have classic elevator for luggage carry up to respective floor.

I guess nothing that we didn’t like. Good Place to stay.

Location is great, downtown like near a coffee house, grocery store, shopping mall, movie theater, and tourist office with lots of local attractions like husky or reindeer safari, and within few minutes drive from Santa's village.
