A nice place to stay with an excellent restaurant

Good location, within walking distance to the city center. Excellent restaurant. Comfortable beds.

The bathroom was small, and half of it was acting like a shower.

Good choice go 20 euro per night. If you pay more - you overpay

Breakfast was very important for me because I did not plan to waste a time in the morning. I got their offer for 40 eur per room per night with breakfast included. At the reception staff told me that they will not offer the breakfast tomorrow and will refund me 2,5 euro. I was very disappointed with it. It looked like fishing. They caught me on special offer and canceled it.

Other point was ranking of the hotel. I expected to see 8+ hotel but in fact it was average (not poor) 6.0-6.5. Poor room. No heating (only air condition). No shower box (just shower in the toilet).

Nice place for a short stay

Cosy place, decent neighborhood, close to the centre. The food was good, breakfast and dinner.

The rooms were heated only with AC and for late november it wasn’t enough.

best choice to stay in Ruse

Great location, the staff was very nice. The hotel is modern with a pleasant terrace. the bedroom is big and comfortable. Good breakfast with plenty of options. We stayed in a Sunday so unfortunately we could try their restaurant.

Nice hotel, located close to city center. Large room, comfortable bed. There is a restaurant to the hotel so you can have dinner there. No private parking, you should leave your car on the street. Happily, it is free. Very friendly staff.

Excellent hotel, with attentive, helpful and friendly staff and an exceptional restaurant.

(a) All the staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived in our hire car with a slow puncture and the receptionist, together with the restaurant manager, found a nearby tyre repair business for us. The restaurant manager re-inflated our tyre to enable us to get to the tyre repairer, where we had the repair done for 20 Levs (about £10). (b) One of us has mobility problems, so a room was provided for us on the ground floor, which was very handy. (c) The food in the restaurant was excellent - the best we had on our 10-day trip - so we ate there on each of the two nights of our stay. The prices were reasonable, too. (d) The waitresses were very efficient and helpful, and we would especially like to thank Svetelina for her care and kindness both in the evening and at breakfast. (e) There was no problem finding on-street parking outside the hotel and the area seemed quiet and respectable.

The only minor problem was with the en-suite bathroom to room 6; not so much because it was very small (which it was), but because the floor tiles were not non-slip and there were no grab-rails in the shower area, so it was unsafe for use by someone with mobility problems. Also, there was a persistent smell of drains (unfortunately a common experience in Bulgarian hotels).

Was warm in the room. Heated floor.

Tragic bathroom, no place to hang towel. Hot water only for one person. No curtain. No place to hang clothes. No glass, no tea... Breakfast was average, everything cold.

Great Hotel with Great Staff

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and very kind. I really enjoyed the positive attitude of everyone there. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the main pedestrian street. Highly recommended.
