Beautiful newer home with rustic decor and charm just minutes from Historic downtown Flagstaff. Close to NAU, hiking trails and trendy restaurants.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath home is a perfect hub for your day trips or just relaxing in town enjoying the great weather. Everything you need to have an great vacation is included with this home. Fully stocked kitchen, huge back covered patio overlooking the pine trees and hiking trails, new hybrid king mattresses in two rooms with private smart TV’s and seperate bathrooms. The other upstairs bedroom has has new memory foam mattresses to sleep 6 kids or adults. Two full size beds with bunk style twin beds on top. Full bathroom is next to this room upstairs.

We had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. It was fully stocked with all that you'd need. Very quiet neighborhood with a great deck view of the pine trees with your morning coffee or for lunch or dinner. Very close to the downtown and all of the nearby attractions.

The house was a great spot for our family to enjoy Flagstaff for a week. The neighbor is very quiet and relaxing. The back porch of the house makes it feel like you are miles in the backcountry.

We were in Flagstaff for a wedding, and spent extra time there for a family vacation. We like to hike, so we drove 1.5 hours North to the Grand Canyon one day, and twice we drove the 1 hour distance South to Sedona. It was the perfect ‘in-between’ place to stay. I messaged James with a question once while there, and he responded very quickly. The house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Kitchen had lots of cookware and dishes plus a choice of a regular drip coffee pot or K-cup type. We made several meals there and I appreciated the good assortment of spices and seasonings. All in all, no complaints. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed the house as a comfortable base camp for adventuring around Snowbowl, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The house had all we needed and a great garage for mountain bike storage. The kids enjoyed the games that were provided. We would stay here again.

Check in was easy. Plenty of room in the garage to park a large truck. The house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Towels, extra blankets, pillows, basic kitchen necessities. We forgot our pack and play for our 9 month old but there was one in the master bedroom as well as a highchair that came in handy. Bbq grill was great as we were able to cook steaks and burgers for dinner. Our 7 and 9 year old loved the games. Three bathrooms were definitely a plus. Fireplace kept the house warm and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic. Just far enough where you felt you were in the woods but 10 minutes away to nearby shopping and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay! We would absolutely stay here again.

This house is in a charming neighborhood close to everything in Flagstaff. Three bedrooms and three baths makes this house the perfect set up. We especially appreciate pet-friendly VRBOs and will always give our business to people who understand that time away is not the same without our pets. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in the master. Owner is so easy to deal with; we highly recommend this place. Try this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

This was our second time staying at this property over thanksgiving, and once again, it didn't disappoint! The house is stocked great with everything to meet all of my family's needs, including a great kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner! It was all so easy so all we had to do was enjoy our time with our family :)

We had a really nice family stay at this flagstaff property near the woods. The real hit was the beautiful view of the woods outside the great room. Though there is some road noise, it was a wonderful walk out in the woods from the backyard. The neighborhood is pretty with well maintained homes and landscaping also, nice family feel. The check in check out process went smoothly also. The host was available and responsive. We look forward to visiting and staying here again.

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. Checking in was very simple. We noticed that there was popcorn on the floor in the two rooms upstairs which I had to clean in order for my two year old not to eat it. The floors downstairs were a little dusty. Neither of those things would discourage us from staying here again. Overall it was perfect for us. We loved the deck for our morning coffee. Would definitely recommend this house.

The property is located just a short distance from NAU, so it was perfect for our getaway. Our children really enjoyed the wilderness right out the back door. We used the patio for dinners and games (the closet is full of them!). We will definitely stay here again when visiting Flagstaff!

The property, which was located in a very nice neighborhood, was as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable with adequate linens. The air conditioning worked well on both the upper and lower levels. The living room furniture was comfortable, and the TV setup allowed the watching of both network and Netflex channels. The outside deck backed to a forested area and equipped with a well working grill directly piped to the house gas supply. The location was just minutes from NAU and the historical/entertainment areas. Overall, the home was excellent, and we would stay there again. There are a couple of things I'd like to pass on. The back deck is small and only equipped with a metal dining table and chairs (no cushions). There were no lounge chairs for relaxed enjoyment of the outdoors. The house interior is not large and it would be difficult to have more than 8 people. The foosball and air hockey tables are in the garage not in a game room. These items did not impact our stay and as previously mentioned we would look forward to staying there again.

This was a very beautiful home very clean and comfortable it was just a small 4-day trip with me and my children for my 51st birthday this was a lovely place to stay my children enjoyed the time we spent together this is my first time renting a home as opposed to a hotel the host had instructions that were very clear and easy to follow the house was lovely.

This is a wonderful property that is exactly as described. The house was well stocked with plenty of room for our family to spread out. It is about a 30 minute drive to Snow Bowl and a short drive to groceries and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Lots of sleeping options and nice fireplace great room and kitchen/dining space. Beds were a bit soft for our taste but good sized rooms and baths. BEAUTIFUL view of forest out back. Quiet neighborhood.Well-stocked kitchen but we were told it had a Keurig and it was a Mr.. Coffee so had to buy some coffee. One TV remote needs batteries. Cute Aberts squirrel eating the barbecue cover! All in all it is a great family rental for a ski/hiking vacation.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The location, amenities, and space are perfect for our family. We never had to leave. We will definitely continue booking this property for our holiday/winter getaway as long as it's available.
