Great view and host

Clean, very cosy, comfortable, very helpful host, flexible and accomodating. Amazing view to the sea. Everything you need for a short or longer stay. I plan to make it a regular stop point when I come to Varna.

It was a bit tricky finding the address with Google directions and I couldn't get an invoice.But the host made up for it through service.

wonderful stay in a beautiful place

Large apartment with big balcony overlooking the sea and short walk to lovely beach through the trees . Outside Varna in very pleasant area , next to a bus stop or walk along the coast if feeling energetic. Family are warm and kind and shared delicious homemade Raki with us and were really helpful and ready to chat in fluent English . We really enjoyed our stay in this very well equipped apartment and interacting with such welcoming Bulgarian people.

Friendly hosts. Great location - beaches and transport. 5 mins into Varna. Beautiful beach within 10 mins walking distance. Pleasant and quiet. Sea view. Have booked to return

No complaints. Found it a bit difficult to find at first.

Nice Apartment with caveats

The apartment for 2, on the first floor was spacious and well furnished. We had a 6 night stay. Anna (the owner )was very pleasent . The kitchen in particular was well stocked, which I have found to be uncommon. There is also a well equipped outdoor kitchen and seating area in the back of the building that looked quite nice.The small bathroom had an enclosed shower, and a small window too. The bed was very comfortable and there were an abundance of sheets ,duvets, and pillows. The AC was extremely efficient. All in all a good value for the price. There was private secured parking. The uphill narrow and twisting street with blind curves was a bit harrowing at times, but the location was away from the bustle,noise and heavy traffic of Highway 9 along the coast.

On the down side however, was the almost constant barking of large neighborhood dogs at all hours of the day and night. Although this is beyond the control of the owner, it often detracted from the pleasure of using the spacious sunny balcony, without earplugs or headphones . Also the 2-person apartment does not have the sweeping view of the sea as shown on the booking page. You can see the Black Sea, but only a wedge through a maze of electrical wires, and rooftops. If you want the wonderful view seen in the posting, you will need to get the larger apartment on the 3rd floor, which may also help decrease the dog nuisance somewhat. These 2 negatives are the only reason I could not give the Trakata Villa Apartments a much higher rating. Again, these things are not under the control of the owner, who has made every effort to make this property wonderful, but something to keep in mind.

Lovely Host meet us on the door for the keys and walk us through the property, give us lots of info about all the near by places beaches and shops Specious apartment with everything you may need to feel like home. Big terrace with breath taking see vie and sunrise in the morning Garden kitchen for quiet coffee, some cold drinks or BBQ Was really important to us that there was inside secure park space. Fast and easy way to get to the city centre and few beaches in 5 min drive Thank you Anna. You are awesome and lovely and we will see you again end of August
