Family was very nice and welcoming. Terrace lovely. Fine for a single person to stay over while traveling. Super budget friendly.
Rooms and beds quite small, bathroom a bit smelly/not super clean.

Great value stay in Moulay Idriss. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, and wonderful view from the terrace.
Mattress was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was a tad... unsavoury. There was no separate basin for the shower to keep water from pooling across the floor.

The moto parking was solved by parking infront of hotel. Wifi was excelent.
The adress is not on the main street. We had litle problem find it. More information about location are welcome.

Nice apartment, confortable. Very pleasent host. She prepared a good dinner, everything home made. We ordered for 3 and ithere was a lot of food. Delicious breakfast.
The aoartment can't be reached by car but a nice man at the parking space helped with the laguage for a price.

cozy place, quiet inside, nice terrace with view. Assia makes really delicious kofte tajine, best in Marocco so far! convenient location for grand taxi to Meknes and footpath to Volubilis.

The patio is amazing. The rooms (we had two since two people per room for a family of four) were right on the patio so it felt like we had the entire patio to ourselves with an amazing view of the hillside. It was very peaceful. The shared areas are relaxing with sofas and tables. The family brought us tea and served us a wonderful dinner and breakfast. The value for the rooms is great. Parking is a bit tricky but no fault of the Riad as that is just how Morocco is.
The electricity in our room wasn't completely working - the TV did not work at all. The AC did not have a remote we could find. (the family may have been able to fix these things if we asked but we were so tired we didn't want to mess with it.). The bathroom is tiny and older so it wasn't clear how clean it really was - but for the value it is hardly worth complaining. The rooms are very small and not really for anything but sleeping so if that is your expectation then great.

The room had a nice view across the terrace onto a mountain. The bed was comfortable, the hot water and water pressure very good, the breakfast very good and the host very friendly. Parking on the street two minutes from the place costs 5 dirham. It is walking distance to Volubilis but I’d drive the back road through the olive orchards.
The only downside is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room that takes some getting used to.

Location is very central and almost next to the stand for grand taxis to Meknès. Room was big and good when I relate this to the price.
Bathroom that has toilet, shower and washing table is slightly to small but was OK.

Very friendly family and the food was excellent!

the price is cheap and the location is good, food is really good, the owner is very warm and nice. the patio is nice if you come in the warm season
the room is only big enough for one bed, with the second bed in the room, there is absolutely no space for luggages. there is no heating other than a small portable heater, the room is so cold I had to sleep with my winter jacket and my hat on, if you come in the winter, you’d better bring a sleeping bag with you. the bathroom is total wet if you take a shower because the shower is right above the toilet, this is ok in the summer, but in the winter with such a cold room, plus the dampness in the bathroom, you feel even colder and chill. the shower water is luke warm, not hot. better not take a shower otherwise you feel worse after the shower. although the price is cheap but not recommend to stay during the winter

Good Location, friendly host
We stayed in december for one night, it was pretty cold, not cosy at all like the pictures look like. Food was ok but just average. For the price we paid it is ok, you should not expect too much.

Fatima was an outstanding host! She offered us a tea with pastries as soon as we got there, and accommodated our request to get some extra heat. The house was very nice and typical, and Fatima let us choose the room we preferred. Excellent stay for a very fare price!
Everything was perfect 🥰

Great location just on the edge of town but still quiet. Lovely owners who were really welcoming and greeted us with tea and biscuits on the balcony (which had nice views) on arrival! Comfy room with plenty of hot water in the shower. Good breakfast served in a comfortable, traditionally - decorated and atmospheric room. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
There was nothing not to like.

Assia is wonderful and quite famous locally as a good host. We arrived almost at minight after a terrible time finding Moulay Idriss and she insisted in sitting us down and giving us the most delicious soup, tea and home made cakes. She declined all payment for supper (but did ask for 60 durham (£5) for bogus taxes (this was common else where also). The house is 2 miles from Volubilis, a first centuary Roman town, in as good condition as the best in Sicilly. Also famous for the mosque and the mauselium of the Spannish author who described the Nile valleyin the 1500s; neither of which non moslems are allowed to visit.
Crummy onsuite bathroom and bed sized room, over-compensated by piles of embroidered bedding and carpets.

The staff was really charming and helpful, the food was great (I recommend to order a dinner there), the view is nice
You need to be prepared that the bathroom is not the best one, but is clean and enough

The staff were amazing! The family was so kind and welcoming. The food was delicious (both dinner and breakfast). We were treated very well and the family was sweet, helpful, and generous.
We stayed here for convenience; the sheets unfortunately were dirty (it looked like maybe crumbs under the sheet?), so we just slept on top of the blankets. It was not an ideal place to shower since the shower head was almost directly over the toilet. It seemed like there was not enough slope so that the shower water would not spill over onto the bedroom floor, so we skipped showering during our stay.

Super lovely hostess nice big breakfast and very friendly staff

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very varied. We were travelling with 4 adults and one small child. Two of us are vegan and the host made us a wonderfull breakfast and had a good understanding of what is vegan. You can 'order' dinner they have a very nice menu with many options. We were craving tagine with prunes. Which normally contains meat but again it was no problem to veganize the dish. The patio area outside was wonderfull! All of the staff was very kind and always helpfull.
The bathroom is decent but the shower and toilet are joined together so when you shower, it gets quite wet everywhere. But that is just such a small thing. The bathroom was just being cleaned when we got there. Towels smelled nice and fresh
