A very pleasant stay in a hotel with a bit of character

Friendly staff Property has a bit of character & charm Clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed with clean white sheets & pillows No restaurant but has room service with good food A market area with a few restaurants & food carts is 5 minutes walk away The magnificent Lucknow Charbagh Railway Station is close by (you can hear it slightly from the hotel but it's not a problem), the hotel itself is quiet A metro station is a few minutes walk away too

There was a urinal in my bathroom as well as a toilet which was ugly & unnecessary

Pleasant stay at Hotel Heritage in Charbagh, Lucknow

Pleasant stay in the hotel. Staff were good and hospitable. Really had good time. Loved the over all ambience.

The food quality was not that satisfactory. Quantity of food was quite less. Washrooms had no lock facility and were not clean too

Good location, not a 4 star or real heritage hotel but other than that all fine. Friendly staff.

The facility is bit old, but well kept.

Set menu breakfast. Good quantity, quality. Freshly made per order.

The rooms are not at all like in pics. Staff is good but the location, ambience, rooms are very bad.

The washrooms are clean but not at all comfortable or with amneties.The hotel looks like a guest house. Only good thing is staff. They are accomodating.

Pay more and get a better hotel

The Staff were pleasant to deal with. they gave us rooms close to each other for no extra charge.

1) Wifi - there was no wifi available in the rooms- 2) The beds could be better 3) No floor towels to soak up the water from your wet feet as u exit the bathroom - so we would have to use our bath towels to wipe our feet or walk around the room with wet feet (very uncomfortable) 4) The rooms could be updated a bit. Overall - it was not comfortable - and we would rather pay more and get a better hotel next time. 5) No tourist information or pamphlets on things to do in Lucknow. We had to rely on the internet or ask around.

if you are a 4 star property then the hotel has to be 4 start but not a 2 star property
