Wir kommen wieder, sollten wir wieder einmal in der Nähe sein

Kleines, praktisch gelegenes Hotel an der S-Bahn-Strecke zwischen St. Gallen und Romanshorn. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt: Der Empfang war herzlich, das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück appetitlich präsentiert mit vielen frischen, lokalen Zutaten - endlich einmal wieder keine Einheitsaufbackbrötli! Wir kommen gerne wieder, sollte wieder einmal ein Schachturnier im Dorf nebenan sein, danke!

Worthwhile for an overnight business stay

Excellent location – at least for my (business) purpose. Tastefully refurbished room, very friendly front desk! Some restaurants nearby to have dinner.

The bathroom floor tiles were extremely cold; either no floor heating – a shame for such a tastefully refurbished room – or floor heating was turned off.

Exceptionally good b&b hotel, would stay again.

The hotel is bed and breakfast only but it is central to an Italian restaurant, pizzeria and a kebabery. The local migros supermarket is a short walk away. A bus to St Gallen town can be taken every 15 minutes, one of which you can pay the driver (no 200) which is what you want when you have just arrived. The room was great, not big but adequate for a short stay. The bathroom was good with a perfect shower. I like the continental breakfast and it did not disappoint. We would stay here again. Lastly the hotel owner was was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Hotel did not have a bar but it was bed and breakfast only so accept that. There is a coffee making facility but one day it wasn’t refreshed. Can’t really fault this b&b.

Convenient place to stay. The rooms have everything you might need (including a tiny kitchen) and there are plenty of stores around. The WiFi is sufficiently fast, so that shouldn't be an issue. You also have a complementary breakfast and should include something for everyone.

It is a bit far from the city, but there are sufficient means of public transport during the day.

Affordable hotel with great breakfast and connection to St. Gallen

It is a great small and very affordable hotel in a place few km from St. Gallen. Both the train and bus stations are nearby and they lead to city center and lake

Functional Hotel with lovely service.

Quiet hotel with lovely service. It suited my requirements and was very clean & well kept. Location was central and easy enough to find. Parking on site was a benefit. Tea / Coffee making facilities in the room were adequate.

The hotel staff very kind and helpfull. I think the location is perfect, as the Hotel is in between the Bodensee and St. Gallen. Practically St, Gallen is reachable on foot as well. The room is very comfortable. I would come back to this Hotel.
