Frank is beyond a super host, any questions at all was responded immediately.. the property is walking distance to Vanderbilt beach. Frank provides beach chairs and umbrella. bed is comfortable, nice dish washer, full size refrigerator, and stove. clean living , no bugs. i would like to stay here again. thank you Frank!

This experience was perfect in every way. The location is so special and close to the beach. The condo was impeccably clean. I loved that my friend left her phone on the hood of the car the night we got there and it was still there in the morning. Such a wonderful. I hope we get the opportunity to come back soon. Thank you so much for making our vacation so enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay, it is a studio but with the huge lanai it seemed much bigger. The beach is a block away, unfortunately red tide was a problem at the beginning but we were able to go later in our stay. The beach is clean and beautiful, sunsets amazing. The location to restaurants and for walking and biking is the best! Definitely try Irish Times and Buzz’s Lighthouse. Everything you need is in the condo, cleaning supplies, extra paper products, beach chairs, plenty of towels and thankfully a washer/dryer at the end of the hall. The decor is mismatched but it was unimportant compared to all the positives, the owner has done a great job and we would highly recommend staying there .

Everything we needed was there. Frank was most understanding when we told him we had to leave early. We received a call that our dog was very ill.He died 30 minutes before we reached him.Love the time spent.

We staying from Thursday to Tuesday and had the best time. The view from our balcony was so peaceful and enjoyable and the short walk to the beach was just what we were looking for. The unit was clean and well stocked. We will be back again.

The apartment is conveniently located near the beach, no need to pay for parking. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your breakfast or dinner; the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Awesome condo- would stay again!

My family (two adults and two young kids) stayed here. It was bigger than we expected and had plenty of room for pack and plays. We love Vanderbilt beach and wanted a place where we could walk to the beach. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed- beach gear, cooler, beach towels, all linens, all kitchen supplies, etc. Frank was so easy to work with and texted back right away when we had questions. We would 100% stay here again.

Nice little studio for 2. A little outdated,need addressing leaking facet in the kitchen, investing in black out curtains and replacement of sun ambrela and beach chairs.Bring your own hair dryer.Locatin is great and 5 min from the Vanderbilt Beach with gourgeus water for swimmingand walking the beach.Plenty of parking at the condo.We had a great time and will be back again.Frank was very easy to reach with any questions.

This condo was fantastic to stay at! My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and there were plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby as well as a beautiful beach which was less than a 5 minute walk. Frank was also wonderful as he got back to us about different questions we had almost immediately and provided everything we needed for the beach (coolers, chairs, towels, rafts, etc). The porch was also great to eat breakfast since we could see the bay from the window. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Cozy older condo. Just a block from the beautiful beach. First morning there my wife and I watched two adult and two baby dolphins in the marina right below our deck as we ate breakfast. What a treat! Just minutes away from Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key Park two of our favorite places to visit when in Southwest Florida.
