Great 3 bedroom condo steps from Aspen Highlands. Beautiful views from every window. Enjoy the spacious deck perched above Maroon Creek, or walk across the street to the best skier's mountain in Aspen. Open concept living/dining/kitchen, with plenty of places to hang out and relax in front of the fireplace. Newly remodeled, with a fully equipped kitchen, memory foam mattresses, flat screen TVs and egyptian cotton linens, this two story three bedroom, three bath condo comfortably sleeps 8. Two dedicated parking spaces provided or take the free shuttle bus that runs day and night from aspen highlands. 5 minutes drive to downtown Aspen, 12 minutes to Snowmass and 10 minutes to the Maroon Bells. Or walk 5 minutes to the Aspen Recreation Center.

Nice condo four minute walk to lift! Furniture was kinda old and uncomfortable. Four minute walk to lift! Silverware was random and knives dull. Four minute walk to lift! Great place depending on what matters to you — would stay again.

This home is located in a beautiful area of Aspen and very convenient to all 4 ski areas in the Aspen/SnowMass area. It has a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. I also love how this home felt warm and inviting to stay in. We would definitely return. We had one issue that couldn’t be avoided and that the property manager took care of promptly!

Overall a great condo, just across the road from the base of Aspen Highlands. Easy parking also to hop in your car to go to another resort or the town of Aspen. Bus was also convenient. Condo met our needs! Bathrooms could use some TLC. Overall price was great for us to be able to experience Aspen.

The property was exactly as advertised. Across the street from the Highlands, and buses to take you to town. The property was perfect for a larger group. Gareth was also very responsive and helpful about getting 3 cars to park in front.

This is a great location for a ski trip. We only went through a 1/4 tank of gas over a 3 day period if that tells you anything. That's going to all the resorts and into Aspen every night. The condo was clean and the beds were relatively comfortable with great sheets and comforters. The living room with fireplace was a great place to kick back and relax. It's probably the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on :) The main reason we booked this condo was the value. I would not have booked this trip if the price wasn't what it was. I'm not sure I get why so many properties charge an astronomical amount per night and the accommodations really aren't any better than this condo. Thanks for the great stay!

We had an amazing time here! Close to Aspen Highlands Resort, this place made it super convenient to access public transit and had everything needed for a 4 night stay. At one point, the coffee maker stopped working, and the host was gracious enough to have a replacement delivered the same day! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Gareth was great and offered to help when needed. Location is perfect for Highlands, just a quick shuttle ride to Buttermilk, and short bus ride into the city.

Rented for 2 months in summer 2022. This is probably about as convenient a location as you can possibly find- on maroon creek road across from the Ritz and the maroon bells shuttle and downtown shuttle. Two parking spaces, wonderful back patio overlooking a mountain face. Gareth was the fastest responder I have ever encountered in many years of renting VRBO properties- dealt with every question and thing that came up immediately. The 3 bedrooms are not large, but big enough. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Needed to leave the windows open for cross circulation during hottest part of summer. Was very happy to be here for 2 months.

This unit is well situated in the Aspen Highlands, and walking distance (in ski boots) to the lifts and the bus route. The bus will take you to town or other mountains as well. I would absolutely stay here again in the future and recommend this spot to many friends!

Great Stay even with a few mishaps

Overall, this was a great stay for us. Unfortunately, I didnt receive the check in instructions unitl after the 3pm check in time which was a bit frustrating. However, once we got in we had a great stay. I'd recommend that they add some shower curtains as the half glass wall was a bit awkward and it was cold when showering and there was no extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. Luckily, we found the tp in the kitchen near the end of our stay!

If you ski Highlands, you can't get much better than this. Also, the shuttle to town is right across the street. Gareth is a great host and very responsive. My friends and I had a great stay!

The location of the condo is its best part: literally a 5 minute walk in ski boots to the Exhibition chair. The condo itself is nice and comfortable. We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room to hang out by the fireplace or near the kitchen. During warmer months, the patio would be awesome (it looks out to Maroon Creek) and make the condo even better. No issues came up during our stay but Gareth was always helpful and quick to reply to messages. Overall, we were really pleased with this condo and would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely recommend this location to stay. The back patio had to be my favorite aspect of this property. It was ample space, and had a beautiful view. The beds were very comfortable, and the windows provided great air flow throughout the day. My only complaint would be that the bbq grill did not work properly which forced us to grill our steaks on the stove. Also, there was not any hand soap available upon arrival, but a trip to the grocery store fixed that. The location was great. While not in town, it is right across the street from where the free bus system picks up every 20 minutes. Overall, I'd recommend this condo and would definitely stay again... if the bbq pit is working correctly.

Great location, comfortable living space and beds, nice deck with sound of creek below. Close to Aspen, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Right across street from Highlands Ski area. Beautiful surroundings, close to hiking, biking and walking trails. Kitchen well equipped, many windows for lots of natural light. Always a fast response to e-mails from manager. Easy transaction, quick refund of deposit. Highly recommend and we hope to stay at this rental again soon!

This place was perfect for our ski trip to Aspen. Right across the street from Highlands. Easy access to bus route for getting to town. Could not have asked for a better location. The house itself was also great and was larger than I was expecting based on the pictures. The place was in great shape and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone coming to Aspen, but especially for skiers. I will be back next ski season! Thank you Gareth
