Ideal location, well furnished apartment.

Modern apartment with all equipment you need. Lot of space.

There is no possibility for late check in, because you have to get the keys from receptionist.

oda çok geniş 2 banyo 3 tuvaleti var.geniş bir mutfağa sahip 3 oda iç içe birbirine bağlanmış hepsinde büyük yatak var.arkada bir oda daha var yani 4 adet büyük yatağa sahip..evin tavan yüksekliği gözalıcı,eşyalar yeni ve tasarımları güzel..recepsion evin tam karşısında yeşil bir dükkan..içerisinde ukala çalışanları var.oda ocak ayında çok sıcaktı şortla geziyorduk odada..

200 euro depozito alıyorlar sadece kredi kartı olmalı. nakit kabul etmiyorlar..tv çalışmıyor,banyoda şampuan yok,kahve çay su odada hiçbir şey yok.çıkış 10:30 da,valiz başına 5 euro emanet parası alıyorlar arkada bir otele gönderiyorlar sizi.çok bekliyorsunuz hem valizi alırken hem teslim ederken..

Dark and gloomy, mispresentation of apartment and utilities, not for the fussy traveller

Location was great, right in the middle of Old Town, just a turn away from the bustling centre. We could get to the main Christmas Market in less than 10 minutes, although also due to it's location, it can get quite noisy from drunk people along the road later in the night, especially over the weekends.

We were taken aback by how the apartment looked like -- It did not match the images that were posted when we booked the place. The toilets (as much as it was newly renovated), did not look like what was in the pictures at all. It was dark and gloomy (and in certain rooms it looked abit eerie as well), not well lit and was very peculiar -- One room had an entire 6 seater dining table in it and room itself was tiny to begin with. The bedsheets and apartment were sufficiently clean although curtains felt very dusty. I think in general we were just unhappy that the pictures did not reflect the place at all -- I would not have booked this place if I had known, definitely not for a fussy traveller. One more peculiarity was that they only gave us 6 pillows for our party of 6 pax, I guess there's nothing wrong with that but it seemed very stingy and really weird when we saw queen beds with a single pillow. I mean really guys? Is it that difficult to make the beds look cosy and inviting? The blankets were also not proper, we had 6 single blankets each and some of them weren't even proper duvets -- just a throw, which we thought looked dirty and dusty and hence did not use it. Also, although it was indicated in the list that free toiletries were provided for, there was nothing available except for handwash. To me, this is a misrepresentation -- I would be totally ok if you had indicated otherwise and at least that gives me time to plan to purchase them instead of leaving us surprised especially when we checked in late and had to rush to a convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also, the second bathroom did not even have a shower holder at an appropriate height or position, so everytime we showered we had to hold it in our hands to rinse. I mean even the basic utilites are not even put in place properly, enough said.

Poor customer service. Disappointing stay.

Good location

There were no blinds or curtains in the window of the main bedroom therefore felt we had no privacy and awake early as so bright. We were met with a poor response when we complained to reception, who told us that "the photos on booking.com clearly show there are no curtains or blinds in all bedrooms" This was most definitely not clear. The majority of the photos on booking.com were not even of the apartment we were given. We also felt that the door to the apartment was not secure when locked.

Reliable, clean, comfortable, perfect for families

The location was perfect, just a 2-3 minute walk from the old town square. The apartment was huge, so much space and we made use of the kitchen facilities. Would definitely stay again if there is a group of us going

There was only a fob on one set of keys. One night a few members of our group were locked out of the room as they needed the fob to get up the stairs. This was resolved after some time, but it would have been avoided if there was a fob on the set of spare keys.

Clean, tidy and close to public transportation.

Once at the apartment location was good. Not far from public transportation. The place was clean and tidy.

Didn't like that check-in was at one location and had to walk another 5 Mibs in the rain to get to my apartment🫤

Amplio y luminoso, pero con fallos.

La ubicación es fantástica, está todo cerca y que la recepción esté enfrente. La amplitud del apartamento y la luz de los ventanales. También la temperatura interior.

La puerta del apartamento está muy oscura y necesitamos la luz del móvil para abrir por la noche. La bañera es muy alta y nos obligó a ducharnos todas en la misma ducha. Los bordes de las camas en madera dificultan la salida de la misma. Las sillas del comedor no eran cómodas ni seguras. Los techos que son altísimos, tienen telarañas. También a la salida en el servicio de guardaequipajes, te exigen moneda extranjera (5 euros/maleta) y además tienes que llevarlas tu misma a la otra calle a un hotel que las guarda. El wifi tenía altibajos y el banco de la cocina estaba deteriorado.

Luxurious apartment, perfect for a group of friends!

The apartment was immaculately clean - spotless! Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you could possibly need. Very grand decor, lovely chandeliers in every room! Each room was bright and airy, plenty of storage space, we were only here for 3 night but it would be perfect for a longer stay too.

- The showers could have had anti slip mats and a handrail for safety ( they were a wet room style design, with no grip in the tiles). The showers also drained slowly, so needed to leave some time between people showering to avoid flooding the bathroom. - The king beds had two single mattresses together rather than one large mattress.

A beautifully decorated, clean and spacious apartment, we had everything we needed. It was close to many tourist spots and easy to get around. The people at the check-in office were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely book there again.

Overall great location if you're planning on sight seeing and just there for play, not work.

This apartment is huge! We literally felt like we were living in a mansion compared to other stays in Europe. There is so much seating and living space, and the ceilings are tall and beautiful. The bathrooms are modern, and the kitchen area is quite large. There is also an elevator so no dragging bags up the stairs. Super responsive front desk, with a cafe attached.

If you are planning on working from home here, this will NOT work for you. The wifi was absolutely horrible. Did not work half the time and It was embarassing as many important calls cut out for us. The sinks in the bathroom also don't drain properly, and it's a little gross. The heat also did not work well - we were SO cold for the duration of our stay.

Brilliant apartment and fantastic location

Great location and very welcoming staff allowed us to drop bags around 5 hours prior to check in. No real noise from other apartments. Nice clean apartment and secure entrance left our expectations exceeded

Gorgeous apartment, great location, bring your pillow.

The apartment was HUGE, with plenty of room to spread out. Each person in our group had their own bed with doors. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and it was located very close to all the sites! Loved the chandeliers. We were able to find parking on the street fairly easy and the neighborhood was very safe.

The WC Room didn’t have a working light and the pillows were horrible. The locks to the building were changed the day before, according to a resident, and the reception had no idea. I was a cause for confusion when we checked in and had to use 2 separate sets of keys to get in.

The apartment is beautifully 5 minutes from the city center . Everything was clean and perfect 😊 a set of towels was missing, but the girl at the reception was very kind and brought them to our apartment.

I think only the capsules for the first morning coffee are missing.

location location is excellent located at Centre of Old town square

linen and cleanliness not cleaned everyday needed at ask for it and during my 4 nights stay only once linen was changed I was given on level 1 and need to carry my suitcases through the stairs !!! not every level has elevator access I needed to carry my luggages through the stairs
