It is exceptionally lovely villa. Owner itself is taking care of the place, which is surrounded by the garden with Figs and Kiwis, tomatoes and other vegetables. We were kindly invited to check it out! At the same time, the location is near the bridge, it is easy to reach the kayaks, restaurant and etc. Recommended for everyone looking for the real experience. Internet was working perfectly. The view from the terrace is also amazing!
Important note - house is next to the main road, so you would need to have a good patience level for the sound or earplugs for sleeping.

Vasily the owner is a wonderful guy. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable at this beautiful location and quirky guesthouse.

The owner and host is such a welcoming and helpful man! He greeted us at the door and showed us in, we did all the check-in and asked for bed preference, and he followed us to the room. We wanted a bottle of wine for the night to enjoy at the outdoor seating but had forgotten to buy any, he was quick with offer us from his cellar. We had also forgotten to buy water (we arrived late Saturday evening and all shops are closed on Sundays), so he gave us one of his own private 5l bottles! He is super-kind and helpful! I got freshly made Turkish coffee every morning and were also offered on the arrival in the afternoon/evening.
The room and the hotel is a time capsule back to the eighties-nineties, depending on where you are from, and I have to say that I truly enjoyed how different it is from anywhere else! The bedroom was good, I would have liked to have blinds for the window since I am very sensitive for lights when sleeping. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well!
There is a museum/antiques shop on sight – do visit! There is everything! (See picture)
Tip! There is a great sea food restaurant not far from the hotel, just past the bridge (see picture), highly recommend a visit!
Blinds would have been good and the bathroom needs to be updates and go through a deep clean. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about :)

Friendly host and beautiful view)
Really loud from the road and railway

only good thing about this place is the price - if you are looking for the absolute cheapest option, then choose this place but don’t expect anything nice
tiny room, scary bathroom

The place is in a very nice place, overlooking the lake. Behind the place is a peak one can climb with an amazing view (there was a trail signposted recently). The owner is friendly and speaks local language and German. This place is not on the main tourist trail, bit very recommended for those who want to stay somewhere beautifull that is just a little different.

the host is great talkative person, view on the lake from the tarrace
noises from the street during the night.

The owner was friendly and welcoming, he accommodated us at very short notice. The views of the lake were incredible.
Unfortunately as it was right by a main road and railway it was very noisy. I managed to sleep with earplugs although could still hear the noise but my mum did not have earplugs and did not manage to sleep. It’s a shame as the view was lovely and the place is nice if a little outdated. I think offering complimentary earplugs would be a good idea, plus ensuring there is a bin in the bathrooms.

The owner was helpful. The view from the balcony was great. Was cheap and relatively clean.
Ancient and worn-out place. Bathrooms were one of the scariest we had ever used... It's bad that you won't see pictures on booking.com. Pictures, in general, are misleading, showing only the "positive" side - balcony views... The owner is nice, always with a cigarette, and loves collecting old stuff. So he converted part of the hotel into that kind of phantasmagoric, creepy place... The hotel is on the main street of Virpazar, so it's very noisy (even with closed windows - walls are holey.)

The hotel was just amazing with breathtaking views and super friendly staff <3 tbh one of the best views during my Montenegro trip. The owner has a fantastic antiquarian in a spacious room and if he decides to share with you his passionyou will be super lucky! I spend a lot of time there and I am really grateful for that opportunity. The stay was 10/10 :D

The host is a friendly and eccentric character. He is an antique collector and will regale you in stories if you speak one of the several languages that he speaks.
Be mindful the location is near a road and train track, but using earplugs when sleeping can solve this

We came by the end of the season and we were the only people in the guesthouse :)
But the owner greeted us well, was very kind and nice.
Treated us with wine and coffee in the morning.

Magical lake view. Very pleasant and kind host. Beautiful place for vacation. I can say only all the best about place and its location and about hosts Vesko and Olga. They will hel you and serve you at at any time of day or night.

We had a great time. Vesko, the owner will welcome you and advise you. we love his special breakfast, with figs from his garden.
the proximity to the road and the train line .. a little noisy

1) It's very cheap. U can actually afford permanent living there
2) Fisherman village is next to it. You can knock on any village door and get home food(10$), wine(10$), fishing tour(25$/hr) at a very good price. $ is euro.
3) You can get there by train from the airport. 2$ is the ticket
4) Ask the locals to give you a lift to the nearest shop/bank/market/casino for as low as 6$
5) The Skadar Lake is very exciting
6) There is a trophy room of the WW2 stuff, ask the hotel boss to show you.
The personnel is quite a few people. Their restaurant did not work. You would have to travel 500m on foot by the railroad to get to the nearest dining place.

We've had a very pleasant stay at this place! The owner is great, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and spaceous. It's located close to the beautiful lake Skadar and it's easy to take the train to Virpazar to book tours on the lake.
